Couldn't even keep there appointment, I had an appointment for 12pm. They came at 10.50, when I was still at work. What's the point? They didn't even bother to ring me back.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! This company take your money and don’t actually fix the windows. I had some work done to my windows to reduce the condensation that was appearing on the windows. The work cloudy 2 clear done has not resolved the problem. I called cloudy 2 clear who sent round a man who stated he was the owner of the company. He was very rude and stated there was nothing they could do. This company seems to take your money and don’t actually fix the problem. The “owner” of the company has very little to no customer service skills.

Booking the appointment was very easy, the quote was a good price. The appointment was quite quick. The 2 fitters were punctual, polite and neat and fitted the replacement unit quickly. We are very happy with the new window.

The operatives turned up on time. Removed the failed glazing and fitted the new window unit swiftly and efficiently. Left the place tidy.

Workmen were excellent very efficient and polite would certainly recommend your firm

The job itself went very well; no complaints on that score.
The time quoted was 08.00 to 12.00. The technician arrived at 12.30 so that's a morning I won't get back. I guess he was overloaded which is bad hence not 5 stars.

Call them up because of a broken glass panel in one of my windows and a stubborn lock in another one. Came over and addressed the issues at hand giving me a fair quote. On the day of installation of new window they arrived at 9am like I had asked, very efficient and professional job. Definitely would recommend and keeping the number handy in case I need them again. Bravo!

brilliant would recommend 200 per cent on time worked well fast and clean will use again when the time comes for my other windows so much cheaper than new double glazing and just as good

A quote was arranged for Monday morning. The agent pulled onto the drive. But the agent didn't get out of the vehicle and drove off after a minute or two without explanation. I guessed some emergency had sprung up. I rang C2C in the afternoon and they said they would chase up the agent and ring back. Nothing. I tried the on-line help with the same result.
