The initial measuring up was done very quickly after my telephone enquiry, the estimate was clearly explained and the price was reasonable. The installation was fixed for a date convenient to me and the company's staff (led by Dave) came on the day within the promised time. The job of replacing two windows was carried out cleanly, quickly and efficiently.

Provided my elderly father with a quote to fix a cloudy double glazed window, at a cost of £1250.00. I have other quotes for a third of this price, some with 10 year gaurentee... I am not sure how a company can quote so high and get away with it.

Quick efficient and extremely professional

We have been struggling opening and closing a patio door due to a faulty door lock for a number of years, believing that it was irreparable because of its age. The good news for us was that Stuart had the ways and means to replace the whole mechanism making the door fully functional once more. Excellent work!

This is the second time I've used Cloudy 2 Clear they've replaced six planes in my upstairs bay window, last year they did downstairs. The work is outstanding the two men doing the installation arrived on time, very friendly explained the job and left everything tidy and clean removing the old panels. I used this company again because they are so efficient, from arranging the initial quote to booking the work in. The office staff are always available, respond to emails immediately and I like that because you feel they care about their customers. I can highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Phoned cloudy to clear on November 25th visit arranged for 3rd December. Window measured, double glazed unit will be installed on the 16th December. Emailed quote sent to me. Work carried out as agreed. Professionally done, very pleased.
