Another expertly fitted replacement window
The engineer arrived just ten minutes after the 1-4 PM time slot. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. The window measured up by someone else fitted perfectly and the replacement pane was carefully adjusted to ensure it was square in the frame. He cleaned both sides of the window and left after about twenty minutes. There was not any mess to clear up.

Date for install was booked, the two chaps turned up on time with a call in advance. Work on both windows was completed, cleaned and left in an immaculate condition. Both guys were friendly, engaging and respectful. Can't ask for a more simplified experience!
