Very professional and polite Arrived on time and just got on with the job replacing glassing in window.Would definitely ues them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Fast response to request for a quote. Work was carried out quickly and done well. Arrived on time and contacted on the day when on their way. Polite.

Friendly staff, knowledgable and did a good job.

Very punctual, full explanation of what required. Fitters were helpful and tidied up as they worked. Whole experience from start to finish was exceptional.

Everyone involved was really helpful and kind. The guy who installed my windows and fixed my door was a total perfectionist and did such a great job and cleared up beautifully. I would highly recommend this company and their product.

All good - prompt booking, visit and diagnosis. Came when they said to fix the part; and went to get the right keys and returned on time. All very helpful. Price as quoted.

The chaps who came to do the work were prompt, contacted me before they arrived and did a good job. I am particularly pleased with the repair to a timber window which has been cloudy for a very long time, it looks amazing. They were courteous and left no trace. Unfortunately there was an issue with the locking mechanism, but that was fixed very soon afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Cloudy to Clear.

Cloudy2clear responded rapidly to my enquiry , carrying out survey and providing a competitive quote even though it was only one pane that needed replacing . Work was carried out on the allotted date without fuss.

From initial measuring of glass to be replaced and the fitting of said glass easy and pain free experience for us.

Excellent service carried out by friendly professional staff. I was very impressed by them. Thank you

From initial visit to fitting of new windows everything worked perfectly. Staff friendly, cheerful and very professional. I was not sure it would make a big difference in the two rooms but it certainly has. We had just got used to cloudiness in the glass. Now it is crystal clear

From initial contact to completion it was very professional.
The staff arrived on time as arranged, and left the room clean and tidy.

The team led by Danny were efficient respectful and thorough. The fitting was expedited quickly and without fuss. Should any more panes blow I won’t hesitate in reinviting them to do further work. Very reasonable cost.

How refreshing to receive such a good service.

Efficient and reliable - great VFM.

I found the company driving on the road, the van was in front of me, took notice of the name. I have now had two windows replaced, and have received excellent service from the person coming to get the information and do the quote and the installations staff, super friendly and service minded and when needing contacting the office via email or phone same excellent service.

The teams were helpful and professional, arriving on time and checking to make sure they fully understood the work required. They did a brilliant job on our patio doors, which now fit properly with new hinges and the old seals removed and replaced, no more draughts! They explained everything clearly and ensured I was happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service. Reliable and kept me informed at all stages.

EASY TO DEAL WITH

There was an issue regarding the glazing bars provided which were not appropriate for my windows. To be fair the workmen said that they had never seen a window set up like mine before. This meant sourcing new ones and this required more time to fit.
In spite of the extra cost the company maintained the original pricing which was refreshing to find. Adi and Phil were brilliant, arrived on schedule and did a great job and completely cleared up.It’s always stressful employing builders as you are never quite sure if you will get the quality you have paid for at the quoted price. As Phil said “it’s our job to make sure there are no problems for our customers.” I doubt if you will find a better window company

I am very pleased with the replacement panels that have been fitted by Cloudy2Clear and I am planning to use them again.
