**BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING UP…

**BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH CLOUDWOWX**

My experience with CloudWowx has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Before signing up, I was specifically told **in writing** by their representative that this would be a **fixed two-month subscription with NO cancellation period**, structured as a test phase.

Based on that written agreement, I proceeded and paid using the payment link they provided.

The agreed two-month period ended at the end of June 2026 and I informed CloudWowx that we would not be continuing with the service.

This is where the problems started.

CloudWowx then told me that there was supposedly a **three-month cancellation period**.

I have repeatedly asked them to show me **where and when I agreed to this three-month cancellation period**, particularly because their own representative had specifically told me in writing that the arrangement had **NO cancellation period**.

I have asked for:

* A copy of the agreement they claim I accepted.
* The Terms and Conditions applicable when I signed up.
* Proof of when those terms were presented to me.
* Proof that I accepted a three-month cancellation period.

**I have still not been provided with this evidence.**

Instead, despite my repeated requests to cancel and attempts to resolve the matter, they have continued taking monthly subscription payments.

It is now **17 August 2026**, and ANOTHER subscription payment has been taken.

I have sent multiple emails and attempted repeatedly to resolve this directly with CloudWowx.

At this point, I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want CloudWowx to:

1. Confirm in writing that the subscription is cancelled.
2. Stop taking further payments.
3. Refund the subscription payments taken after the agreed two-month period.
4. Provide the evidence showing where I supposedly agreed to a three-month cancellation period.

I have retained the WhatsApp messages, emails, cancellation requests and payment records relating to this matter.

My advice to anyone considering CloudWowx is to **be extremely careful before providing payment details** and make sure you obtain the subscription and cancellation conditions in writing and keep copies of everything.

If CloudWowx resolves this matter, confirms the cancellation and refunds the disputed payments, I will gladly post an update reflecting that.

Until then, this has been my experience.
