Guys are great at this shop. Massive selection of flavours salamanca is a must try. Offer a loyalty voucher if you shop regularly in store but not online orders. Would recommend this place to any vape... Se mer

We offer a huge range of our own E-Liquid in shortfills and 10ml TPD Compliant flavours which are all manufactured in our Class 7 ISO 14644-1:2015 Standard Cleanroom by our team of expert flavourists. We are committed to providing the best quality products in the industry and we achieve this by working with reputable companies from which we source only the highest quality ingredients for our liquids. We have the strictest standards for quality control and exacting production processes. We have crafted many popular E-Liquids already, our most popular by far being Salamanca, and we are always striving to produce new flavours. Because our liquid is manufactured in-house we can offer the flexibility for our customers to fully tailor their liquid to their own preferences. We also manufacture and sell a range of high quality CBD products. These are becoming increasingly popular and we receive excellent customer feedback on their benefits which can include pain relief, easing stress and anxiety and aiding insomnia. We currently have two stores in operation and a new Sales counter located at our manufacturing unit as well as our website. We aim to keep up with market demand stocking new products and providing a wide range of accessories. We have a passion for excellent customer service – our Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves.

I didn’t know what to order!

After speaking to staff on the phone, knew exactly what to order. Delivery was within 3 working days. Would definitely recommend.

Great service. I had a problem with Royal Mail and cloud vapours rectified the problem straight away.

Cloud vapours advertise buy 5 get 1…

Cloud vapours advertise buy 5 get 1 free on the £25 120ml bottles of e-liquid, they fail to mention that this is only for a bulk buy, it is clearly misleading and in my eyes deliberate on their part.

Good evening Stephen. It is disappointing that you have left a 1* review for an issue which has already been discussed and clarified via email. We are not misleading anyone - our Buy 5 Get 1 Free offer is one which we have run for several years and our customers take advantage of this daily - no one has ever expected to buy single bottles over a period of a month or two then receive a free bottle. When on our website if you add 5 bottles to your basket a 6th free bottle is added automatically. We did explain this already when you emailed to query. We are a small business facing a particularly challenging time with our stores closed during lockdown but despite this we are working hard and continuing to provide an excellent service to our customers - the rest of our Trustpilot reviews are testament to this. Having explained this to you already there is nothing further than I can offer by way of resolution.
