for MANY years , and i'm soo happy with it
i cant say how much it made my work easier
and their team always responds quickly in discord

it is the best and simplest panel, it easily and securly gets my job done

Al momento è il miglior pannello per gestire i propri siti web WordPress, PHP e Java. Sono davvero felice di averlo scoperto. Si possono ospitare infiniti siti web con una sola macchina Linux (funziona con Ubuntu e Debian). Davvero soddisfatto.

CloudPanel is a simple, uncomplicated interface to manage static, PHP or WordPress sites with ease. The only downside is that there's no automatic cPanel migration or any other panel for that matter. But if you research a little bit, you'll see it's super easy to import sites using commands through the command line.

Another thing I wish it had is official support for backing up into Backblaze B2.

I have migrated over 30 sites to it from cPanel and DirectAdmin and so far, so good.

Amazing free product.

CloudPanel Review: STAY AWAY from them

My experience with CloudPanel has been, unfortunately, far from satisfactory. While it markets itself as a modern, user-friendly control panel designed to simplify server management, the reality I encountered was riddled with significant issues that overshadow its potential benefits.

First and foremost, the "lack of reliable support" proved to be a major obstacle. When managing critical infrastructure, timely and knowledgeable assistance is indispensable. CloudPanel’s support channels were either unresponsive or unable to provide meaningful solutions to recurring problems. This absence of effective support left me struggling alone to troubleshoot complex issues, which is unacceptable for a tool designed to streamline operations. Free is actually more expensive.

The platform also suffers from persistent bugs and unstable updates. Each update, instead of improving stability and features, seemed to introduce new glitches that impacted server performance and management capabilities. These bugs ranged from minor inconveniences to severe malfunctions, severely disrupting workflows and forcing time-consuming workarounds. Such instability is particularly dangerous in a server environment where uptime and reliability are paramount.

Security is another critical area where CloudPanel falls short. I discovered multiple security loopholes that could be exploited by malicious actors. In an era where cybersecurity threats are increasingly sophisticated, a server control panel must prioritize hardened security protocols and continuous vulnerability assessments. CloudPanel’s apparent neglect in this area exposes users to unnecessary risks, undermining trust in the platform.

In summary, despite its promising concept of simplicity, CloudPanel’s poor support, frequent bugs, and concerning security vulnerabilities make it a risky choice for serious server administrators. Until these issues are addressed with urgency and professionalism, I cannot recommend CloudPanel for managing production servers or any environment requiring robust stability and security.

I joined their discord server to leave feedback and all I got in return was being booted from their server by the clearly childish owner/dev of cloudpanel. I even told them, hey this is feedback. They didnt even bother attempting to help or explain anything.

Then they thought kicking me from the server would be a good idea. No wonder the server is dead with no one speaking or communicating except for just a couple times a day and they really think that is an active server.

They were instantly toxic and butthurt over my feedback and then two of them started badgering me over the feedback. I assume they both are employees or devs at CloudPanel because they responded first and kicked me from the server merely for leaving feedback.

This is not a real company. These are kids clearly who cannot handle any sort of accountability or feedback.

I will tell everyone I know about their toxicity and down right ignorance towards its own users.

Their 3.6 rating most likely comes from how difficult it is to use and how toxic they are to any sort of feedback. I actually use cloudpanel and the discord owner/dev of cloudpanel could have cared less.

Don't do business with these people if their first instinct is to boot someone leaving feedback. That instantly tells me they have no interest in making the product better or customer retention.

Best free vps panel for WordPress hosting.

It has all the basic features you need for hosting WordPress websites. Very easy to setup.

Great for cost cutting.

I lately decided to move my 20 domains/sites to CloudPanel on a DigitalOcean virtual machine. The main reason was cost saving, and the fact that I don't need the million features offered by market leader.

Installation was a breeze, as DigitalOcean has a one-click install Droplet. Installing a Wordpress site for one of my domains was also straight forward, and adding a free Let'sEncrypt SSL cert for it was even simpler with one-click.

I surveyed several free CPs but landed at CloudPanel. Looking forward to migrating the rest of my sites.

Starting by telling you to stop everything that runs on ports 80 and 443 (sorry web hosts), proceeds by installing 170 packages that hog a lot of disk space and then after its done installing every php version it middle fingers you and says "couldnt install". would not reccomend to any sane person

I've had the bad fortune to trust Cloud Panel with my server. I've switched from another provider in March 2023 and by July my sites have been overun by multiple viruses worst of all by Kinsing.
I've lost months of work, lost SEO rating and lost a week fighting to get at least my sites backup.

Installing Cloud Panel was the worst decision I'v emade in the last 10 years.

I was struggling to find a simple, lightweight, and bug-free control panel for my VPS to manage my three hobby websites. After trying many different solutions, I discovered CloudPanel, and was immediately impressed by its user experience and stability. For two weeks, I put it to the test and found it to be an outstanding solution. The control panel's intuitive interface and powerful features made website management easier than I ever thought possible. Thank you for creating such an excellent tool!
