I tried to migrate my from Google workspace to Office 365 on my own. Inevitably, I got stuck, lost access to my emails, messed it all up. I stayed up all night just trying to undo my stupid mistake. Once I gained access to my emails again, I reached out to Cloudbik after seeing one of their youtube videos to have them complete the migration for me. They were very fast to respond and I was genuinely shocked at the price -- other companies charged SO much more which is why I was trying to do it myself as a new startup. They started the work right away, and they were flexible around me when I had to leave for an appointment in the middle of getting started. When he got the same error message that I had received, he knew exactly how to fix it and solve the problem. The whole process was quick and seamless and I didn't lose access to my emails at all during the migration. Even though I had given full access to my computer to complete the work, he would always ask me to open programs or files when needed, which I thought was very respectful of my privacy. I wholeheartedly recommend this service. I wish I had saved myself a night of sleep and gone straight to them!

I had to migrate my email providers from google mail to Microsoft. I was struggling to follow the steps provided by Google and Microsoft and eventually hit several road blocks. I found Cloudbik online and they offered to assist me with the migration. They were able to work within the parameters of my security concerns and performed the migration for me and then additionally assisted me with the updating of the DNS servers once the migration was complete. Manoj helped us with a complex email migration and provided a way around tenant to tenant migration. We had a bad experience in terms of microsoft support. Microsoft asked us to go for cross tenant data migration but did not tell us how to go about it. Cloudbik helped us to sort the mess left behind and successfully migrated our 64 large mailboxes (almost 35 gb each) without any loss of a single email or downtime. I really appreciate cloudbik.
