Terrible and very fast-paced way of explaining, no proper way unlike much cheaper Udemy courses

The skill path plans "pretend" to have some sort of structure. In reality, they jump from topic to topic, with buggy labs and unclear instructions. Run into an error? Good luck! Their whole platform is a mess.

They are the worse online study site, their labs are not up to date and can't access to it. It would be a wasted of money on this clouds really bad cloudcademy

Be careful you buy a one-time product and they keep taking money every month. The content was good but far from the actual exam

I tried this after not being satisfied with Pluralsight regarding getting prepared for an AWS certificate.

The courses on Cloud Academy are great, and they include the right material to actually get ready for the certification.
In comparison, Pluralsight only has a random collection of courses that relate to the same topic as the certificate.

Finally, I had some issues with licenses between my work account and personal account, and the support team was very quick and super helpful about the issue, which was resolved.

Signed up for the 7 day trail and it is only the labs I wanted to trail for Azure to do a refresher on what I have previously learnt but you can't trail unless you have paid so what is the point in the free subscription????

I explained this to the support who said that some others were free to try but then how will I know if the Azure labs are any good? The company needs to rething the platform instead of just trying to extort money out of users. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Content poorly structured, with spelling mistakes and ‘jokes’.

No matter what I do, I have begun to lose skill points with every exam. I am a beginner and this is completely deflating. I am learning new concepts with the modules, but the assessments are destroying my energy. I can't see how this is an accurate reflection of how much I have learned.

I was all excited to start the cloud academy. I signed up for 7 day free trial (good thing I did) and started the AWS Solution Architect Associate class on the fourth course the sound became terrible. So I went onto google and checked out some youtube sessions and some other sound and video sources and they were fine. I rebooted and still it was the only site that had bad sound. I have gaming speed internet and had just completed an 8 month online class from another vendor and my sound worked and works fine. ONLY THEIR SITE. I sent email to support and got thanks but our sound is good. I canceled their subscription and am going to find another class. Its pretty bad when you have a remote service and your support is terrible.

This company is a total rip-off, I'm truly surprised how they can get such a high ranking here. Their prices are off the chart and simply not worth it. $80 a month for a bunch of overly verbose and frequently obsolete courses?! People should know you may pay $15 for courses on Udemy that can help you way more to pass your certifications!

Their 7-day free trial doesn't even give you access to the only practice test I was interested in for an AWS exam. And one course I started to watch I interrupted after 5 minutes, as it was very weak and verbose. I tried a lab on my iPad and I've been told labs don't work on that app. The info on their blog posts is often so old and obsolete, that it is even dangerous to waste your time absorbing such misleading data.

Guy Hummel is the best. I liked his Content and i'm eager to take the test.

Teachers explain very well, with practical examples

Video content is good.

I questioned their customer support's effectiveness as I was unable to contact them via gmail or outlook but they reached out and rectified the issues I was facing with the platform
I'm impressed at the levels they went to and would recommend the company and the content.

I sampled many courses for Certified Kubernetes Admin (CKA) and Cloud Academy was by far the best. They provide excellent primers on topics that help you jump into the meat of the subject fast. The exercises are useful in the real world!

One point of improvement could be to optionally hide the answers to exercises. I went through the same ones many times but to not see the answers i had to be cautious about scrolling.
