5* service
Ordered a jumper and due to a supplier issue I received the wrong one. Despite the initial disappointment the customer service I received afterwards was 5 star. I got in touch via Instagram and we managed to arrange to get the jumper returned and a refund sorted. Great customer service and 100% trustworthy. I would be happy to order again in the future.

I had a mixed experience with ClothingCloset. They offer pretty good prices and quick delivery, and I even got a speedy exchange when I had an issue with the size of a jumper. However, while the customer service was decent, it didn't quite meet the top-notch levels some others have mentioned. Overall, it's a reliable place to shop if you're looking for decent prices and prompt service, but I think there's room for some improvement.

ClothingCloset offers a decent shopping experience. While the product quality and prices are generally good, and the delivery is quick with free postage, there are some mixed impressions. Their customer service is responsive, handling exchanges efficiently, though it seems like a smoother process could further improve the experience. Overall, a satisfactory place to shop for genuine clothing at reasonable rates.
