Nestled in the historic streets of Saint Paul, Minnesota, our story began as a small gathering spot for local coffee enthusiasts and grew into a full-fledged roastery driven by the commitment to bring exceptional coffee to our community. Our founder, an avid collector of antique clocks, believed that the key to exceptional coffee lies in the meticulous attention to timing and detail, much like the workings of a clock. This philosophy shaped our roasting process, blending centuries-old roasting techniques with cutting-edge technology to ensure each batch is perfectly timed and temperature-controlled. From the start, our mission was clear: to create coffee that not only tastes amazing but also to improve the consumption experience of coffee by offering unique subscription plans to cater for all coffee lovers. We truly value the strong relationships with farmers that we nurtured over the years. This allows us to bring a diverse range of flavors to our customers, highlighting the unique characteristics of each origin. Our journey hasn't been without its challenges. Great decaf whole bean coffee!
I really enjoyed trying out their free sample, which was great, one of the best decafs that I have had lately.

The coffee smells great
The coffee smells great, I can smell the notes of vanilla, chocolate and it’s giving subtle vibes and rich flavors.

Absolutely fabulous. Alchemist’s Infusion was wonderful. I am looking forward to purchasing a larger bag soon. I really enjoyed it and quickly finished the bag.

Excellent Natural Coffee
Clock work roasters brand is by far one of our favorites.
Aeronaut’s Infusion is fantastic.
It’s a light roast Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with a berry sweetness and a light cocoa hint.
They do great work supplying great coffee at a decent price.

Well the sample pack was great so I…
Well the sample pack was great so I decided to join and get a subscription. When my order arrived I only received 1 of the 2 bags I ordered. I sent them everything I had on the order and I am still waiting to here about the rest of my order. The coffee is great but so far the other side is lacking. Might have to stick with just my Atlas coffee subscription.
