Delivery good I have ordered the shampoos before and really like them the detox one is great really gets them squeaky clean the only trouble is I really struggle to get the lids undone

Great customer service and products
Great customer service. I spoke to a lovely lady who have me great advice of how to prep my dog for grooming before I invested in the poodle grooming kit which included cordless clippers, various scissors, shampoo, conditioner, slicker brush, comb and nail clippers. I am not a groomer, just a poodle mum whose dog hates getting his hair cut so I decided to take matters into my own hands. The kit is perfect and well worth the investment. It has everything I need to keep up with my dogs grooming needs without having to visit the groomer. I was able to do a decent job for my first time with the kit and I now feel confident going forwards in looking after my poodle and relieved to have found a solution. Thanks so much 🫶

Love my Clipit suit!!
I’ve been waiting for a restock of the size/color I need, so when I got the email that it was in stock, I placed my order. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived (I’m in the US). I had a clipping job the next day - it’s hot and humid here in the Southeast, and my old clipping suit was like wearing a personal sauna so I was excited to try my new Clipit suit. OMG - game changer! I threw it on over shorts and a tank top, and stayed relatively cool. It’s very breathable and the hair just slides right off! When I finished clipping, I simply took my suit off and shook it out a bit. No hair on me, no hair clinging to the suit. This may be my favorite purchase this year! I’ll definitely be buying another one!

Best Clippers and Combs I’ve Ever Used
I bought the premium grooming kit and I absolutely LOVE IT! I’m a newly qualified groomer and there are so many options out there it can be overwhelming but I am so so so glad I went with clipit. The clippers themselves are smaller, lighter and quieter but match (or out perform in my opinion) the power, battery life and finish of other well known brands easily. Being a new groomer I love the fact this kit gives you everything you need to get started that you can then build on with your own preferences. It comes with 5 different clipper blade lengths, all the comb attachments, stripping knives, scissors, nail clippers (which are sharp and small which I love) etc
I also need to make a special mention on the combs… I already have combs, so I wouldn’t have bought any separately but they came with the kit anyway in 2 sizes and since I got them I have literally never picked up my previous combs once! I didnt think combs could be that different but the clipit ones are AMAZING, they fluff the coat right up! They’re so good I’m going to put a wholesale order in for my customers as many of them have enquired about them for their doodles! If you aren’t super take the plunge you won’t regret it!!

Trying new products
I was looking for a while to try new shampoos in my salon and after trying out some samples decided to go with the full range of the shampoos available on their website.
All of the shampoos lather well, leaving dogs coats clean and smelling divine plus thr dilution ratio is 25:1 , which is very economical. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Great product, great service. I'll definitely be using they products again

Amazing day at the Clipit Beyond the Coat Event
Today I had the pleasure of attending the Clipit “Beyond the Coat” event, and I must say, it was a fantastic day. The event offered a perfect balance of learning, networking, and demonstrations, which were incredibly valuable for both newcomers and seasoned professionals in the grooming industry. Paula’s talks were also full of knowledge and engaging.
Overall, I left the conference feeling inspired and better equipped to enhance my grooming techniques etc. I highly recommend attending for anyone in the dog grooming industry looking to stay ahead of trends, improve their skills and knowledge in the salon.

My Clipit Quatro Clippers…
I have Clipit Quattro clippers and they are great, however, when I was using them I heard some rattling. I sent them back and they were returned to me working perfectly.
It maybe something that I did and I offered to pay but Clipit did it free for me.
Excellent after service and products.
I love my clippers!

Very happy customer
I have been using clipit grooming products since they have been open for business. I have known the owner Paula since I started dog and cat grooming. I mainly use their shampoos , which are amazing ! They smell gorgeous and are kind to the pet's skin and my skin. Curls shampoo i use as lot as I have many doodles visit , de shed really does work on the double coated breeds very well and the Glava derm is outstanding for dogs with sensitive skin. Thank you Paula with your great knowledge and experience, the support you give to your customers is definitely 5 star 🌟

Really unprofessional service
Really unprofessional service the way I was spoken too when just needed some help with a problem I had with pair of clippers and blades I brought which was £210 roughly altogether so I expected to be spoken to with respect when purchasing from any company and have never had this problem before I am so disappointed as was recommended by another groomer I will never do business with this company again
