Bad customer service
I bought two deals on let’s deal.
I had a lot on my mind, so they expired. When I called and asked if they could do anything about it, she said:
“No, if it has expired, there’s nothing to do. And because of the Corona-virus, we are closed for 2 weeks, so when we reopen it will be even longer since it expired”
I can understand that I can’t use the expired deals. But the fact that they are closed isn’t exactly because of me. If they would want customers/patients, they should have given me a good deal on a new treatment. But she didn’t say anything like that.
This means they lost me and my girlfriend to some other clinic.
