A week ago I had my own operations - BBL, 360 liposuction, thigh luxuction and Tommy Tuck. Mini that I am swollen results are visible and I am satisfied. Grand Clinick organized everything well, the transfer was always on time, the chauffeurs helped to get in and out of the car. The staff of the Land Park Hotel were very nice and helpful, I could ask for the least favor - they were very happy to help. Kyle- medical consultant always answered my questions - the more important ones, and even the little ones, he was able to calm my nerves, stress and fears of surgery. The only problem is communication in your own language - but using Google Translator, language barriers disappear. I am very happy that I have a really small wound after the operation, which is nice and evenly fused. I can't wait for all the swelling to come down. I think it was worth going to the Grand Clinic to fulfill your dream. Op.dr Murat Bilgin, Kyle and the rest of the people who accompanied me on my visit and Istanbul - thank you very much. Mi sono trovata veramente ,ho effettuato una rinoplastica presso questa clinica e la consulente rhama è stata bravissima

Je suis extrêmement déçu(e) des résultats de ma greffe de cheveux. Malheureusement, l'intervention n'a pas répondu à mes attentes et, pire encore, a laissé ma situation capillaire dans un état pire qu'avant.
Le principal problème réside dans la densité des cheveux greffés, qui est bien en deçà de ce qui m'avait été promis. Les zones traitées sont clairsemées, avec des espaces visibles entre les follicules, ce qui donne un aspect très peu naturel. De plus, la direction de pousse des cheveux implantés semble parfois aléatoire, ne correspondant pas à la pousse naturelle de mes cheveux existants, ce qui accentue l'aspect artificiel.
Un autre point majeur de mécontentement concerne la zone donneuse. Elle a été visiblement affectée par le prélèvement, avec des cicatrices trop apparentes et une diminution notable de la densité capillaire à cet endroit, ce qui est très frustrant.
Le suivi post-opératoire a également été insuffisant. J'ai eu le sentiment d'être laissé(e) à moi-même, avec peu de conseils clairs sur les soins à apporter et une écoute limitée concernant mes préoccupations.
En résumé, cette expérience a été une source de grande frustration et de déception. Non seulement je n'ai pas obtenu les résultats espérés, mais l'état de mes cheveux s'est globalement détérioré. Je ne recommanderais malheureusement pas cette clinique pour une greffe de cheveux.

Ich habe im Oktober 2023 eine schwere Haartransplantation, die sehr schlecht verlaufen ist. Die Krankenschwestern, die die Transplantation durchgeführt haben (kein Chirurg oder Arzt), sprachen kein Wort Englisch.
Der Streik war schmerzhaft und sehr lang für ein sehr schlechtes Ergebnis.
Im Juli 2023 schickte ich dem Kundenservice Fotos über WhatsApp, um zu beweisen, dass der Streik völlig misslungen war.
Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr gehört, ich habe versucht, sie anzurufen und zu kontaktieren, aber niemand antwortet.
Verschwenden Sie hier nicht Ihre Zeit und Ihr Geld.

L'anno scorso lo stesso interprete di questa clinica mi aveva sconsigliato di farmi operare la dentro, ma visto che pure l'interprete mi ha spinto verso una struttura ancora peggiore, mi sono rivolto nuovamente a questa clinica dove sento un certo Leonardo a cui racconto il tutto per preventivarmi una revisione su danni estetici procuratimi altrove. Dopo tempo mi ha risposto che l'equipe medica voleva vedere le mie foto della situazione attuale che ho accompagnato da una relazione medico legale, così avere un preventivo. Nel consigliarmi cosa avrei potuto fare e di non fare nulla prima di terminare il contenzioso con l'altro chirurgo, alla fine non mi ha dato nessun preventivo. Sono praticamente una mera perdita di tempo. Probabilmente Si tende sempre a preferire persone mai operate prima, nella speranza che nella loro inesperienza non si accorgano dei danni che subiranno anche presso questa?

Riguardo alle Vostre risposte che non cambieranno comunque la mia recensione, vedo inutile rigirare la questione con fatti impertinenti. Io non ho mai espresso la volontà di essere rioperato subito, del che sappia bene qual sono i tempi e termini legali che al momento mi limitano. Io non ho mai neanche detto di volermi operare proprio nella Vostra clinica, anzi, non ho mai fatto intendere di volerlo fare nell'immediato. Per mia correttezza, ho dichiarato da subito di essermi rivolto altrove, come ho dichiarato di essermi sbagliato a scegliere un'altra struttura e di certo non ho mai dato la colpa a Grand Clinic e non l'ho messo mai in discussione. Tuttavia, ra da sottolineare come la mia scelta fosse stata comunque condizionata dal parere del Vostro interprete dell'epoca, persona tra il Vostro organico da cui fareste meglio diffidare, atteso che esplicitamente mi consigliasse di rivolgermi altrove, avendo visto i Vostri lavori a suo dire insoddisfacenti. A parte i miei dubbi del momento e che mi avrebbero portato a sbagliare comunque, mi sono rivolto un'altra volta a Gran Clinic nelle speranza di smentire quanto dicesse quell'interprete, ma devo ammettere che probabilmente aveva ragione quanto diceva che rifiutavate persone già operate da altri chirurgi!
Difatti, al di la del Vostro parere che non è nemmeno pertinente, visto che ciò che debba fare lo vedrò col mio avvocato, io Vi chiedevo solo un costo preventivo per riparare a questi danni che mi hanno causato terzi, trasmettendovi tutte le foto e informazioni sensibili, ma voi, con la scusa che fosse presto, non siete stati in grado di preventivarmi la fattibilità né la spesa e per questo, a mio parere, quella stella non ve la meritavate nemmeno, ma sono obbligato a metterne almeno una. Questi sono i fatti, uniti alla realtà che evidentemente non possa più rivolgermi alla Vostra struttura che non è evidentemente in grado di intervenire su un caso come il mio!

I recently had a horrendous experience at Grand Clinic in Istanbul, where I went in for an abdominal High Definition Liposuction costing 2700£, only to receive a normal liposuction procedure instead. The final result was not only disappointing but also left my abdomen looking worse than before.

What truly added insult to injury was the fact that I was charged for a procedure that was not performed. The aftercare provided by the clinic was practically non-existent. Once they had my money, they became completely unresponsive to my concerns. Even when I tried to address the issue with the doctor through a video call the day before I left for the UK, he evaded my questions and seemed hesitant to provide any answers.

Upon seeking a second opinion at a reputable clinic in London, it was confirmed that I had received a different procedure than what I had paid for at Grand Clinic in Istanbul. To make matters worse, when I attempted to reach out to the consultant, Kyle, who had been my main point of contact throughout this ordeal, I found myself suddenly blocked on all platforms.

The aftercare team at Grand Clinic proved to be unprofessional and unqualified individuals, with most of them being young girls who lacked proficiency in English. Their disrespectful demeanor towards patients only added to the overall negative experience.

In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering Grand Clinic in Istanbul to steer clear at all costs. The misleading procedures, lack of accountability, and unprofessional aftercare make this clinic a place to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and seek reputable and trustworthy medical services elsewhere.

I came from UK last year to Grand Clinic for gynecomastia surgery, I was so scared and wasn’t 100%sure if I was going to go ahead with the operation when I arrived. But the moment I started communicating with everyone in the company they supported me all the way and still till this day I am getting messages from my medical assistant.
I am so happy with Dr Nurettins work and will recommend him to all, don’t think twice.

Clinic à fuir... ils ne veulent que votre argent, j'ai subi une rhinoplastie ethnique et j'ai été raté et le pire c'est qu'ils vous changent de chirurgien à la dernière minute sans votre consentement, ce n'est pas le chirurgien qui devait m'opérer qui l'a fait et aucun suivi post op. Ceux qui veulent faire une rhinoplastie ethnique passer votre chemin sinon vous le regretterez ils ne sont pas doué pour.

Mi sono trovato malissimo con questa clinica. Li ho contattati per fare una rinoplastica , ho parlato con un assistente chiamato Alejandro . Ho inviato le foto e un video , che hanno mostrato al dottore , spiegandogli le mie aspettative , mi rispondono dicendo che ero operabile e il dottore avrebbe potuto fare la rinoplastica, cosi ' decido di prenotare. L assistente mi rassicura su tutto. Arrivato il giorno della partenza mi reco a istanbul, la mattina seguente vado in clinica , mi preparano per fare la rinoplastica, mi fanno il test del sangue, arriva il dottore in camera , mi visita e mi sconsiglia di operarmi, perche' secondo lui non ero idoneo.
Ho riassunto brevemente quello che mi e' accaduto, ma a causa della loro poca serieta' e disorganizzazione ho dovuto spendere tanti soldi , tra volo, albergo ed esamk, andare inutilmente a Istanbul, alla fine mi hanno anche fatto pagare un giorno di hotel, gli esami del sangue e il transfer, tanti soldi buttati inutilmente. L assistente una volta arrivato a Istanbul sparisce, il suo unico oboettovo e farvi arrivare alla clinica, poi ho scoperto che Il prezzo competitivo della rinoplastica e' dovuto al fatto che assumono dottori giovani che devono fare esperienza, magari lavorano anche bene, ma stanno facendo pratica su di voi, se succede qualcosa e l operazione va male, nessuno si prende la responsabilita', vi fanno firmare dei fogli di esonero della responsabilita', nell clinica nessuno parla inglese, solo il dottore che opera. Tutto e' organizzato male dall assistente. Io non consiglio assolutamente questa clinica perche' sono poco seri, mi hanno fatto andare a istanbul inutilmente dopo avermi dato tutte le rassicurazioni dimostrando che non gli importa nulla di voi.
