I've used ClientJoy for years with little issues. I sell beats online and use the platform to get agreements signed. My last signature was completed on 1/29/26.

I haven't been able to send invoices or agreements since then. I've had a ticket opened then suddenly closed with NO communication.

A second attempt to contacting support is in limbo as I'm awaiting a reply as they've said they'll be looking into the issue.

It seems since the sale with Synup this platform isn't what it used to be. I'm highly disappointed with the service received over the last few months, or lack of.

Account cut off unexpectedly. No support available. Tried since October to get assistance on why emails did not sync. Contacted support several times without response. Not worth your time to work with a company who cuts off their customers completely.

Clientjoy was an excellent tool in its earlier days. However, since being acquired by Synup, the quality has significantly declined. The CRM experiences frequent downtime, support is virtually non-existent, and overall reliability has taken a major hit. Unfortunately, it's no longer a tool I can recommend. You're better off exploring other CRM options.

ClientJoy isn’t perfect — but it gets it. The CRM system is robust, with all the core bones in place: deals, pipelines, calendars, client portals. But let’s be real — it’s still a bit raw. Missing basic stuff like redirecting users post-booking or sending flexible emails without bumping into odd limits can feel like tripping over untied shoelaces.

That said, here’s where it shines: the team actually listens. I’ve raised tickets, flagged quirks, and slowly watched them ship fixes. Not a flood — but a steady drip of progress.

Is it the GOAT CRM? Not yet. But it’s on the path — and if you’re into building with a tool that’s actively evolving, ClientJoy is worth betting on.

Tool is okay at best, dated and clunky interface. Client portals are a mess.

No support available. Have to pester to get a response and then it's a null promise. Waste of time. Bigger waste of money.

I got in touch with Clientjoy for a demo. Their times were not matching with my times so I asked them to allow me to sign up directly, which they accepted and gave me a signup link. They also asked me the times I am available and they can arrange the meeting. I said no, as I prefer async onboardings. Well, I tried to sign up and it didn't work. The OTP to email was not working. I asked support they were not much helpful. And they have not responded to me. I tried signing up on 3rd August, and today is 20th August. In 17 days, they are not able to solve a simple problem with sign up and they are not responding too! Pretty bad experience! If this is their level of support for presale, then the aftersale would be much worse (generally presale is better).

ClientJoy is the perfect platform for entrepreneurs and freelancers. I jumped on board with their lifetime plan and I don't regret it at all. It's amazing how powerful this platform is for managing and handling clients.

It's a very versatile platform that covers a lot of needs. You can add custom fields to pretty much anything and add branding with a custom domain.

Being able to send and sign quotes, generate invoices, and seamlessly schedule appointments within the platform is a game changer. I've even been able to streamline my toolset by canceling subscriptions to other services I used for these tasks.

One of the standout features is the ability to send and sign off on quotes directly within the CRM. It's saved me so much time and hassle, and my clients love the convenience.

However, there's a slight drawback I encountered. If you're using an IMAP email, you can't directly sync a Google Calendar. It's a bit of a trade-off between email and calendar integration. I'm hopeful that this feature will be addressed in a future update. Once that's resolved, I have no doubt that ClientJoy will become the ultimate CRM solution.
