I don’t use the service very often, but whenever I do, everything is handled smoothly. They always provide a clear explanation, charge the correct amount, keep me updated, deliver the medication quickly, and have an effective UK customer service number.
Nothing over the top—just exactly what I need. :)

“Next-day delivery” may not be next day.
It wasn’t shipped out on a Friday for Monday delivery. It wasn’t shipped until I sent an email on Monday afternoon.

We do have a phone number you can call us on not sure why you could not find it as it is at the top of our website.
Any orders placed after 3pm normally get posted the next working day. So if place Friday it will be posted on a Monday as we are closed over the weekend.
