Vacuum Leaks Out.
Looks good and at one third of the price a bargain, or so I thought! Well it would be if it worked! The vacuum leaks out after a few minutes and you are left with a normal storage jar. There is a saying "If it looks too good to be true then it is!"

Outstanding customer service
Unfortunately one of the set of four gin glasses I ordered was broken in transit. Within an hour of my e-mail to Clickk Home Store, I had received a thoughtful response and within 2 hours a replacement glass, safely packaged, was in the post. Genuinely could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you CHS. Would definitely shop here again.

Deceitful 3rd party traders.
It’s not clickk I have the complaint about. It’s The Range. I bought two canisters not realising it was this company selling as a third party seller. I need to return them. Just not to my taste. 4 days to get through to the range to then be told that they have to notify Clickk who may take 3 working days to say if I can return. Yes of course I can. It’s my right!!!!!! So Clickk. Call the Range. Sort out my return. You gave out no paperwork in with the order. Trust me. This behaviour will stop people shopping online. I will never use you or the Range again. I am also going to speak with trading standards to see if this is allowed. Then post all over my social media that your company and the range are deceitfully making returns hard to stop people bothering!!! This could have been some old lady trying to sort Christmas for grandchildren. Bad customer service. Please feel free to reply with your best excuse.
