Profoundly dishonest
Profoundly dishonest. NEVER USE. They scammed me into a flight I didn’t want, and I said on the phone multiple times can I cancel, and was told yes. Fast forward 8 hours later and even the ticket you book the price isn’t guaranteed and I had to pay exorbitant cancellation fees. Complete scam, do NOT use.

Don’t lie again and again and write the unrelated stuff to cover your scam and fraud to show you reply here.
Answer my questions and email what I have requested multiple times … what I have been asked and requested only.
1.Provide the details of booking cancellation, all the email and correspondence with airlines.
2. Why your agent and agency has to use some third party private email address for customers email address ? You fraud and scammed it there using your own private email not even your agency email.
3. You scammed to sale the reservation ticket that I did not requested, you try to sale the ticket that was not requested and immediately I saw that was not the ticket and requested to cancelled when you agent was on the phone not after 30 minutes… don’t lie. I have the recording.
Your agent did book the ticket which I did not requested , your agent confirmed that I will get refund not only $799 but also other 4 tickets $3917 because that was not the booking I had requested. She lied to me and your company lied to me that booking is cancelled and I will get refund - I did not called after 30 minutes it was the same time like 1-2 minutes after she charged my credit card and I was still on the phone on hold then I saw different itinerary then asked her. She confirmed oh if you don’t want this ticket I will cancel and refund the money. Then she told me to look for ticket somewhere else. She used her private email address and still booked the ticket and did not proceed for refund. That is what the airlines is saying to me and you get the multiple email of my ticket and flight update and you guys told us ticket is cancelled and did not send me anything because you guys use your own email so that way I don’t get any email communication from Airlines.
You fraud many things… scammed with pricing , scammed with different itinerary, scammed using your email address instead customer email address, you lied stating that booking is cancelled and I will get refund. If you had not done this then tell me where did I say incorrect ?
You can’t even send me a copy or email correspondence of all the information I have been requesting , I called May times and you all said you guys will send me but why don’t you send ? You have my phone number and you guys told me that you will make conference call with airlines and discuss the problems …. Why so many lies ???…. You are simply the fraud agency with bunch fraud agents…
I will keep writing until you resolve my issues and send what I have requested, refund money. Also I will file the fraud business practices for your agency.

We really regret the series of events that led to the aforementioned issue. We would like to inform you that as soon as we receive your booking, it is confirmed with the airline as well. After that, we are bound to follow the airline's policies and procedures, and you will be charged a fee if you need to amend or cancel the booking, even if you call us within a minute of making your booking. However, after discussing with our team, we identified that you called us to cancel this booking after 30 minutes of booking this flight because you realised the layover would last for long hours.
Even so, we gave you a refund of $799 for one ticket, but the airline was unable to authorise the refund for the other four. Our agent told you this and advised you to contact the airline directly; perhaps, as a customer, they could approve you a refund.
Our agent takes care of everything that was within their authority. Unfortunately, we also follow the airline's rules and regulations if they won't allow us refund you for the four tickets. Leaving negative reviews won't help you get your money back. As a travel agency, we did everything we could to assist you.

False Advertising- Scam
They advertise a price, I thought I was booking the itinerary with the price advertised. Then they told me that the promotional price was not available for the return ticket, but I could not cancel the booking even though they did not provide what they advertised, then they said the 24 hour period only applies if booked with the airlines directly. So I am having to pay more. DO NOT USE THEM! REPLY to Click2Go reply: They said they could not find, it is there, if they look for Edgardo Santana. I end up purchasing tickets for around $300 more than I could have gotten on Google flights. Always best to make a reservation directly with the Airline. I kindly pleaded with them since they had not purchased tickets to please cancel, they would not do it.

Great Experience
Had to book a last-minute trip to Vegas, as I am attending a company conference.
The booking process was easy and quite user-friendly.
The booking was made, and paid, on the 21st but only got a confirmation of the booking on the 22nd after having to call TravelJunction.
The operator who assisted me was very polite and helpful.

These people are scammers I looked on…
These people are scammers I looked on the site just to see the price of some tickets but decided not go further then I get a phone call from them basically trying to force me to book with them: I tell them I don’t anything from them and that I’m not booking with them they try to tell me that I will be able to book with any other airline or I will charged double when I didn’t confirm anything then they sent an email saying my reservation is on hold and that my card may get charged mind you I never put a card number in. As I stated I refused to book and hung up 2 times on the person named James so he said.

I booked the tickets on the website for $418 for 2 people. After 5 minutes I got a phone call from click2book.us and they told me that $418 was not the price and it just to hold the tickets. They wanted $1100 for 2 tickets and after I told them that I didn't want the tickets if they don't honor the price on the website,
