CLIC - International House - Seville Omdömen 96

I did the 2 week over 50s course and would completely recommend it. We did lesson in the morning from 9:15 to 1:00 and then 4 afternoons / early evening per week, we did a cultural event from a flamenco show, visiting historic sites, to cooking paella. The lessons and tours were all through Spanish but pitched at my very basic level. The teachers were really encouraging in getting you to understand. While I didn’t understand everything… my ear improved as the course went on. The classes themselves were excellent. The school is a purpose built building and is very well run. I paid for a small studio apartment, which was basic but okay. It was a 15 minute walk to the school and once I abandoned Google maps and used a real map I got to discover the amazing city that is Sevilla. There is a great mix of international students, everyone was friendly and most were doing the course on their own so good for solo travellers!

I was able to spend a wonderful week in Seville thanks to CLIC! The classes had a great atmosphere with a very kind teacher. Both the language school and the residence are in excellent locations, with everything within walking distance. The programs offered a nice variety and provided a great opportunity to connect with other students. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

I have had a wonderful teacher who provided me with lots of support and the classes were really intense and helpful in terms of my particular needs. Also, the administration staff were really helpful.

Very friendly staff. Very competent teachers. The location of the school is in the old part of the city, the cultural acrivities interesting and well organised. Altogether a clear recommendation.

I had a great experience at CLIC Sevilla during my week long course - I hope to go back again soon! The location is excellent, the building is bright and airy with a roof terrace. Carmen in the cafeteria is warm and welcoming. Our teacher Borja was excellent and I thought all the students in my class were really engaged and were wonderful classmates. There are activities to do each day, and although I did not do any (as I had prior plans) there was a big variety to choose from.

Very well organised, friendly and helpful staff and the lessons were fun and interesting. My aim was to work on my Spanish and it was great having lessons every day to really help my learning. I stayed at Santa Ana apartments which was lovely.

Geweldige tijd gehad. Leuke en goede docenten. Super enthousiaste en aardige mensen. Veel geleerd. Leuke activiteiten maar mocht wel iets meer (do en vr was er niets). Mooie gebouw met dakterras en kantine

Tuvimos una profesora muy bien y aimable y una clase con personas con el mismo nivel, aprendi mucho y quiero volver para aprender mas.

- content of classes should start with tipps about Spanish life in general and specifics in Sevilla, e.g. how to deal in Bars (waiting to be seated, what and how to order, sharing tapas/food, a little bit about dealing with the Autobus system in Sevilla, queuing on bus stations, social life in Spain/Sevilla, (street) markets in Sevilla, tipps about monuments or events

The classes and the accomadation were both excellent! I can sincerely recommend CLIC to anyone who wants a fantastic, authentic and successful experience on a learning abroad.

Two weeks immersed in Spanish language and culture. It was a unique experience, thanks in no small part to CLIC.

The school is located right in the city center. Plaza Nueva is just a 2-minute walk away. The classes are small, which is ideal for learning. The teachers are highly skilled and experienced. The school is very diverse and also offers a cultural program. There's a great cafeteria at the school.

For me, it was a truly unique experience. I'll be back!

Me gusta mucho el Clic, porque es organizado, flexible, usas libros, es simpático, agradable y eficiente.  Sin embargo, algunas veces  mi profesora fue distraída. Un día en clase  había solo  3 estudiantes y un estudiante hablaba mucho acerca de  políticos, religiosos y otros temas no relevantes al libro o nivel. Para mí fue muy aburrido. 30 minutos está (casi) bien, pero 4 horas fue pérdida de tiempo, no progreso en el libro, no instrucciones, nada. 

El próximo día nosotros empezamos en el libro, pero fue imposible recuperar el tiempo perdido. Otra vez sobre viernes, el mismo estudiante distraído la profesora, por una hora sobre los mismos temas, otra hora perdida, mi última hora. 

Yo era muy descontento.

Yo pienso que es importante (para mí) que los profesores  no estén tan distraídos y se enfoquen en enseñar los temas en los libros. 

CLIC was such an incredible experience, exceeded all my expectations. It's not cheap, but it's worth every cent. The teachers are incredible, the staff is helpful and accommodating, and experience is much more social than I anticipated. I took the 30 intense course for 4 weeks and had the best time.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié cette école, le cadre est super agréable, les enseignants sont sympa et bienveillants, l’ambiance est excellente avec des étudiants motivés, je la recommande vivement

I had a superb time in CLIC, all the teachers there were lovely, and a really friendly and fun atmosphere was created there. They were very helpful in changing my accommodation. The residency there was a great place to meet new people and I had an absolutely brilliant time there overall. Thank you very much!!

Christina taught me for 2 weeks & Anna privately in the afternoon both of which were super teachers. The second week the class went up to 10 which I personally found to big. Other than that 5*****

I have been to CLIC three times. The school is friendly, well-organised and professional. All the teachers I had were excellent. I will go back.
