The solicitors were dealing with a coordinated sale and purchase. Everything was handled with the utmost efficiency and no delays. I was given the advice and guidance I needed and the letters were clear and drew attention to all action that needed to be taken. I am not at all technical but I found their app easy to use and navigate and if I was in doubt over forms I could ask for advice swiftly. Towards the end of the process one of the team, a lovely lady named Sagina, was in touch by telephone to keep me informed on progress, and I was particularly grateful to her on the run-up to exchange and on completion day as she was totally calm and friendly and really helped with the stress of those times. I trusted I was in very good hands, and that means a great deal.
