scam artists ripping clients off headed by a total con artist called Mark Bowker from Handforth don't trust this company

The program that they've offered to manage my debts has done wonders for my credit file which has improved in a much shorter span than the debt management company i was with for 3 years!! Brilliant service!!

Currently using this company. They don't get back to me when I message. They haven't replied to email either. Online chat has four messages from me novreply . Yet i pay them 39.99 a month. Had a freditor sell my account snd om unsure egat to do . Fumin . I had more stress since starting with them them before

Joshua one of the customer service personnel at Cleverlaw, was very helpful, he took his time to explain the service that Clever Law provides, then listened to my concerns and show me how this service can help me. The staff are very professional and helped alleviate all my concerns.

The subscription service is worth it and I have no regrets, In my view Clever Law works and you are able to talk to a physical person if needed.

Josh is very helpful with information and understanding situations.

Agree with the past couple of negative reviews that actually were quite helpful..am intrigued how this company gets the credit information in the first place. Will be raising a complaint with three of the credit reference agencies as to how this was possible for them to know as much as they did when they called me. Also they had all my details, something noone should have in detail on a cold call.

Avoid at all costs. Complete scammers who, for some inexplicable reason, seem to have access to vulnerable people’s credit files. And then politely cajole them into giving more money away.

Very helpful and Nancy kept me updated through out the refund process she really is a credit to their company can't thank her enough.

Cold called this morning by an Asian call center. Felt hounded and pressured from the beginning of the call. I had not asked to be contacted and I had not made any inquiry on my own. Was told it was to add me to a compensation claim and they had been forwarded my details. Told me his name was Terence. Rushed through all information very fast but explained nothing.
It sounded like a scam and I told him so.
He just kept relying that it wasn't and he wouldn't be asking for my bank details. It would be up to me to set up a standing order. So I continued to listen. And participate in confirming my financial obligations.
However I wasn't happy if they where adding me to a compensation claim why would I be needed to set up any standing orders?? (Again part of the not explaining anything) I hung up and they have continued to call back. I have now had 19 missed calls and missed calls from three other call centers too today. Including one call center claiming to be William heartman solicitors this was one Terence had mentioned as underwrighters for this claim, this again was an Asian call center. This is disgusting bullying and hounding behaviour from what is supposed to be a reputable company.

I really think the service runs well. I have had changes with creditors constantly lots of letters sent to me. This has been a lot to keep on top off I have sent these to cleverlaw and they have read them controlled what’s happening it’s been really helpful and very prompt. I even had a creditor tell me cleverlaw were very good and punctual with the correspondence to these companies I owe money to. In the past this has been stressful to write to companies my self and keep in mind budget plans , this made me nervous about paying my depts and led to lost communication with depts. since signing up I found the service has adired to its promise of dealing with my depts for me and I find this helpful as I can now be dept free. The staff here are so helpful and very good at there job I feel the attention to detail is outstanding thank you cleverlaw

Super supportive and caters to you and your financial needs. You’ll be assigned a worker that will be your point of contact and it’s always been really easy to get hold of her via phone/email/text. They continue to call and make sure the amount you’re paying is still right for you.
The communication is great and it’s taken a huge amount of stress from me!

Clever Law is just waisted money for managing account no further support been paying over the year monthly fees for nothing. And can’t back this money. Lack of communication how to set up repainents.
The best so far Is LOWELL which is like 123 and done and no any problems

Clever law has been brilliant so far. They’ve answered every question I’ve had with a quick response. I would highly recommend.
