Very Good Quality
Chi Chi was very nice. The packaging was very good quality as she gives you a small fabric pouch to keep. The enamel pin i bought was beautiful (i got the pink luna moth) and the colours were so bright and pleasing! The gold border is really lovely and shiny; and with my pin i got a free sticker. Definitely worth the price and i would recommend!!

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with the delayed delivery of your order, as well as any frustration it may have caused. We understand your concerns and would like to provide some additional information to address the points raised in your review.
Firstly, I want to clarify that we take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we strive to provide timely updates and support throughout the ordering process. As soon as your order was dispatched, we promptly provided you with all the necessary tracking details the day after your order was placed. Our goal is to keep our customers informed and engaged every step of the way.
We understand that international shipments, particularly those involving customs, can sometimes encounter delays. Unfortunately, customs processes are outside of our control, and packages may be held for inspection or clearance for varying periods of time. We have experience with shipping worldwide, and while most packages arrive smoothly, occasional delays due to customs can occur.
However, we are pleased to inform you that your package has been released from Mexico customs as of May 16th and is now on its way to you. We are optimistic that you will receive it very soon.
We would like to stress that we cannot control or predict which packages will be selected for customs inspection. It is a standard procedure that varies depending on several factors. Additionally, we did send you an email on May 16th, apologising for the delay, and offering a discount as a goodwill gesture, but we did not receive a reply from you. We take pride in our customer service and aim to promptly address all inquiries and concerns.
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We hope you receive your order very soon, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
