I couldn't recommend Alasdair From Cleerly enough!
From Day 1, I have always had quick and honest responses. It is very clear that Alasdair knows this sector very well and can provide you with the best advice there is. I've asked questions about eastments, Restrictive covenants and all sorts of things, I've always recieved the truth which is very refreshing.
Based on their knowledge and experience, they have managed to get me a mortgage offer on the first try as a solo contractor and first time buyer! Fingers crossed this sale goes through 🤞
Jack has been very helpful in getting updates from the lender.
Cleerly also offer support in gaining the correct insurances so you are always on the right track. Again, they are very honest in their advice and will say if its not the right fit for you.

Great Mortgage Application Experience

Exceptional service and not 'Salesey'
I first saw Cleerly within Google search results and knew nothing about them. As soon as I received a call back from Alasdair following an online query, I knew straight away I wanted to deal with them. Open, honest and knowledgeable, Alasdair has never come across as 'salesy', which I found with other brokers. He guided me through step by step the process, worked incredibly hard for me and explained everything with great clarity. The most important part was that speed of underwriting was important to me at this stage, so even when I'd chosen a mortgage lender, through great guidance we were able to pivot to another lender. Alasdair and his colleague Jack were then able to work fast and gain me a secured mortgage offer aswell as a valuation within a week. Truly exceptional and I am very grateful thank you

Easy and clear(ly)
The whole process from start to end has been made so quick and easy thanks to Matthew and Georgia. Matthew explained everything really clearly (no pun intended) and got us a good mortgage offer that we are happy with. Would 100% recommend.
Update 30th January:
Cleerly have been helpful escalating and communicating with the recommended law firm LawComm. Who have dragged out legal matters for over 3 months with still no resolution.
