Weekly pool service is great. They fix repairs when needed. The same guy that always does our pool is friendly and nice. Ryan is our tech.
We were quoted on a resurface and remodel the back yard. They are going to do the pavers and pool deck and turf around the yard. This is our second home that they have taken care of. Highly recommend and great price. Nice to have a one stop shop.

Terrible customer service, cleaning was not being done and they do not check your pool pumps or filters. Very rude when you call and question them.

We bought a Janky salt chlorinator from Clear Tech. We have had issues with it for the past 11 months, but every time we call on them, they are quick to respond and take actions. Today was another example of how quickly they respond. We called late last week and were told to expect the technician on Monday. This morning, Chris came right on time. He immediately listened to what we were telling him and took actions to see what shape the pool was in. After about 20 minutes, he told me "We are going to have to replace the unit and, since we discussed this situation back at the office earlier this morning, I already have a replacement unit and should be done replacing it in about 20-30 minutes." He finished the work just as he stated and before leaving validated that the unit was actually working. Chris and the Clear-Tech company are spot on for us!

The only reason I am giving these stars is because our pool tech Christine does an incredible job week after week. Dealing with repairs or sales is not great, and I do think the prices and recommendations are inflated. But to have consistent excellent pool cleaning is our main reason for a pool service and Christine is the best.

Nothing but problems with them for over a year. No services, green pool. They are hustlers and pretend they do a service when they don’t. The office management is a joke, and the office lady is rude and incompetent. I have made a complaint against them to the police too. Horrible company!!!!

Stephen is my Clear tech pool guy. He is the best! Always here, always does a great job. So professional and kind. My pool always looks amazing!!

As an older Australian I find a lot of tradesmen treat you like an idiot or they just want to rip you off!
These guys were genuine and treated us with respect.
From start to finish they kept us informed about every detail.
They were always polite on time and cleaned up any mess.
Our pool is over 30 years old and was looking very sad!
Josh informed us that after the job was finished the pool would look 100 percent better. Well they exceeded our expectations because the pool looks bran new.
Can’t thank these guys enough they did an awesome job.

Very disappointing. We are first time pool owners & our pool needed cleaning was green. clean tech come out & told us we needed all new equipment because what we currently had was old & didn’t work quoted $5010. We got a second opinion from another company & was shocked to see that our equipment was working perfectly & less than 24hrs later our pool is sparkling clean $130.
Also I looked up the equipment I was quoted for & discovered that I was charged twice the amount the parts were selling for.
Disgusted would not recommend.

Maikel does the regular service for Clear Tech on my pool and does a fine job - reliable and I never have a compliant. I have been with Clear Tech, this home and a prior home, for about 20 years - "if its not broke, don't fix it". They are always responsive to any condition that may arise needing attention.

We've been utilizing Clear Tech for several years at our rental property and have always been very pleased with the politeness of the staff and the great job they do. Thanks Clear Tech!

Clear Tech has been great since taking over servicing my pool from another company in April - they had their hands full, but turned our nasty green pool to a beautiful blue in no time and have kept it in great shape ever since. Not to mention, Clear Tech’s seamless replacement of our motor and pump at a great value. Thanks Nick Dias and the Clear Tech team!

This is my second time using Clear Tech Pools. During my first experience there was a communication issue with the Technician and we decided to go elsewhere. Clear Tech sent Joe Pierce over to take care of us and he really tried hard and went above and beyond to win us back. It was so nice to have someone really wanting your business so I promised him if things didn't workout we would return. Well things didn't work out and we went back with Joe P as our tech and have been Extremely happy! Joe takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond. He explains things and really takes the time to do things properly. My husband is amazed at how clear our water is! Joe knows his stuff and we are lucky to have him as our Pool tech!

I am going to give CLEARTECH an honest review with NO smoke or BS.
Every business has its issues, problems and shortfalls. Cleartech is NO EXCEPTION so I wont blow smoke up anyones rear.
The main thing is that when it has mattered and when there has been a problem - these guys have been FANTASTIC.
I cannot fault the love, care, attention and service. THEY ARE THE BEST IN TAMPA BAY and that is MY HONEST review.
I would NEVER go anywhere else - because no one cares as much as Tom and his wife and the TEAM. They are knowledgeable and skilled and dont BS YOU.
