Business Water…
I find the whole Business Water industry suspicious. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Castle Water. Clearsight Energy was VERY HELPFUL at finding me a good deal with a reputable company. They helped me combine Water and Waste Water bills which should save me over 200 per year! Adam was quick to respond to my many questions and I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We are a small very overworked engineering company and sorting out energy suppliers or in this case water supplier takes up valuable time which we are loathe to do. However, Adam at Clearsight has helped us tremendously for the last few years, achieves great rates and all we have to do is sign at the end. A very good experience
I am very pleased with what Clearsight has done for the small Friendly Society I work for. They have found a new water supplier, which will save us several hundred pounds a year for which I am grateful. The application process was mostly straightforward, and when I did have a few queries, they were speedily and effectively resolved. Thank you.

Shane and Adam at Clearsight Energy were very helpful and responded quickly to my enquiries. Shane came up with an excellent deal for utility supplies to our company within two hours, and his communication was excellent. I usually stay well away from utility brokers and their incessant pestering, but there was absolutely none of that at all from Clearsight, just a first class service. Thank you.

Quoted with out of date prices! Good Recovery
Sent me a quote on 11th April 2023 with prices that expired on 31/03/2023. Thus they quoted me for prices they were never going to give me, when i pointed this out they sent me their current prices and guess what not competitive at all with other quotes i had received.
Edit have since taken the time to call me and explain how this happened via a third party company - they won me back over

We delt with Adam who was amazing took time to answer our questions and was always available. No waiting to be connected to a call site. We saved a substantial amount by changing and so far we cannot be happier . I highly recommend changing to this supplier especially with the recent price increase coming in April.
