No sales talk and no bigger and better ideas to increase the price. They transformed our dated, dark stained spindle staircase into a modern, oak railed and glazed one which looks great and a tremendous improvement to our hall. All staff members were friendly and helpful and kept you well informed as to fitting and completion dates. The fitters were also friendly and very competent and obviously took pride in the fitting and finish of the project. We were kept well informed at all stages including the initial quote, on-site measurement/accurate quotation, when the glass would be ready to fit and the actual fitting day. The gents who carried out the measurements and the fitting did so efficiently, quickly, with consideration to my new kitchen (thank you) and to a very high standard. I needed a splash back that set off my brand new kitchen. Clearly glass made that dream come true. I must have been a nightmare customer because I really could not make up my mind what to go for.
