This is the first time I used Clearit. I imported water well drilling tools from China. Clearit made it quick and easy.

Straight forward and secure. Funding was transferred in a short amount of time. Very pleased with how things were handled.

I don't even know where to start. How absolutely horrible these FREAKING MORONS are. Who should be allowed to call themself anywhere near a custom broker. I'm unsure how to explain. 40+ reaches calls and emails everything. And not one time customer service by anyone. It beyond awful!
I still have not got my shipment yet and its been months and months. They left me to figure out the paperwork all on my own, with absolutely zero assistance for anything at all. It's utterly disgraful they call themselfs a company. I'm telling you. Take this review more serious than you are right now. Unless you want seriously a true nightmere and lots of money out and nothing to see for it! Please beware. DOP NOT USE THESE CUSTOMER BROKERS. OR WHATEVER THEY DONT DO. CERTAINLY ARE NOT CUSTOM BROKERS!

I was new to this. They helped me at every turn. I am now on my second import and Clearit USA is the only broker I use and trust.

They are late, unresponsive, no telephone support, one problem every couple of days

Was many disconnects in the food chain due to more hearing than listening, in addition lack of communication causing inefficient execution.

Definetly an experience I will not recommend to those that are not able to go into hell and come back sane, the most untrusted service you can find on this business and in top of that impossible to get an answer back on a normal timing.

First time import from China: we picked clearitusa :
The downloading of documents only partially works if one page.Communications from their side typically took 24 hours.They kept asking for silly stuff ,which eventually stayed unanswered and went through without problems.Zero explanations or personal contact made the process extremely painful.
Ended up paying storage fees due to their slow motion and lack of guidance.
Please look up references before picking a customs broker.

The experience was ok, but a bit confusing for a first & probably only time using the service. Also, once I did give all the information that was needed, I tried to contact your company twice to find if the item had actually shipped, but no one would answer my questions. I’m still not clear if the item is on its way or not & I’m just hoping that no news is good news…….-

First time import, super easy!!

Anyone planning to hire Clearit USA should read the complaints made against them with the Better Business Bureau (google Clearit USA, Better Business Bureau). In my experience, they were good at finding problems. They were also good at ducking work, passing the buck, and finding excuses not to solve problems. If you want to save your money and prevent brain-damage, avoid them and hire a competent customs broker who answers their phone.

It is always a red flag when a business litigates with a former customer through reviews. When that happens, a prospective customer's best bet is to simply avoid that merchant. It is even worse if the merchant tries to cover up their failure to provide service by accusing their customer of fraudulent activity. It is _even worse_ if the so-called fraudulent activity of which the merchant accuses its customer is entirely legal act of providing true information in order to apply for a refund.
Clearit USA's response should speak for itself. If you do not want to be drawn into this type of he-said-he-said mess, hire someone else and avoid them!
