Attention To Details
My customs' broker at Clearit.ca worked tirelessly on my behalf to get my shipment cleared with CBSA. The whole process was complicated by the fact the shipper had the incorrect port of entry on the manifest. She emailed the representative at the shipping company every day and reminded the rep of this important detail.

Easy!
I recently had a large item shipped to me in Canada from the US. Imagine my surprise when I was asked about a customs broker. I had never used one previously and after a Google search, Clearit.ca came up. It was very easy to create an account and send in the documents required, I had my shipper send them one document I needed directly and before you know it I was billed for my portion and the item was cleared. Very easy 5* experience.

I originally used Clearit.ca because they were reasonably priced for the smaller packages I was importing. Now they're import fees have sky rocketed past even what UPS is charging.
