I first went to ClearChoice Dental about six years ago, and I can honestly say they changed my life. I struggled with dental problems my entire childhood and adult life, and they were the first place that truly helped me and made me feel comfortable and cared for.

They walk you through everything, and there are many financing options available that make it possible to move forward and actually take care of your smile. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Over the last six years, my confidence and my life have completely changed, and a big part of that is because of my smile. The team has always been kind, professional, and supportive every step of the way.

I’ve recommended ClearChoice to family and friends, and now they go there too. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. Highly recommend!

They left me for đead in an urgent situation. I am recently out of the hospital paralyzed from infection in my hip. Can't see a GP yet so I have to use urgent care to get my prophylactic antibiotics. Their Doxy software wouldn't work right on 3 different phones to sign one of the forms. They already had that forms from a previous visit a month ago but they wanted a new one. They wouldn't allow me to send it outside of Doxy. They said I had to physically go into their office. I explained I was recently paralyzed and couldn't do that. She hung up on me. Not taking antibiotics for my generic disorder is fatal for me. Woke up with a fever, neck screaming in pain and nauseous and out of antibiotics. I asked for a referral to some other clinic and they refused.

They tried to breech the contract I had to get a lawyer.It was supposed to be approximately five months and still have not finished going on twenty one months. They will not call you back.

Amazing place. Sahar, Dr. Ortega, Dr. Patel and the entire staff did an excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location.

at the beginning I was super excited to get my full mouth dental implants from clearchoice. i wont recomend clearchoice to other my friends. spending 55k cash on my teeth and the neglect and the time i invest to this. isnt worth it. i wanted to get a refund and go check out other place that does implants. now going on 2 years my upper implants still havent finish. im not happy with this.. save your money guys. never get scam by clearchoice.

I used the west palm location. Dr. Patel was amazing. I don’t know the outcome yet, I’m in middle of implant but his knowledge seems to be top notch, his bedside manner is impeccable and he’s just an all around caring dentist. The initial implant didn’t take but it happens apparently, they did everything to make the second surgery successful at no additional charge. I have nothing negative to say about him, just good vibes and wish he and his staff the best, I would use them over, regardless of the outcome. I absolutely recommend them.

This company, what can I say?They're using other company names to lure you , clear choice is a scam, they are offering.
To replace all your teeth for the amount of $8900. When you get there, it's approximately $50000. Scam scam scam scam crooks, crooks, crooks crooks

So far, my experience with ClearChoice in Creve Couer, MO has been horrible. The very first time I went, I was approved immediately. I Decided to wait bc I already had a loan with the same company that would be providing my financing. When I went back about a year later, my original consultant wasn’t there anymore. My new person is okay but the issue is the new finance company they are using (Synchrony Bank which owns CreditCare). This bank requires a 10% down payment although my credit was over 760 when I applied. Okay, so I was going to move forward and pay the 10% but when I tried to use a credit card (which is one of the approved ways to pay), the payment was declined. I stayed at the office for over 2 hours while they tried to see what the problem was and it was never resolved before I left. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to sit for hours while they tried to figure out what was going wrong….just needed to make you aware of that. Anyway, 4 days later I was contacted and told that everything was good to go and the link to pay has been sent and will work. Before making the payment, I called my credit card company to make sure that the payment will go through. This is when I found out that the previous payment was declined because synchrony bank tried to do a cash advance for payment instead of credit card. Anyway, told the consultant about that to be transparent and I tried the payment again. It’s showing for the second time that there is no application for me and I need to reapply. This has been a horrible experience. I got a call today and was told that I’m good to reapply again. Why they decided not to use LendingClub anymore….Idk but it sucks for me. There were better rates and no 10% down payment. I’m going to try this one last time and if it doesn’t work, I’m good on ClearChoice and Synchrony Bank. Why not let patients choose their own finance company. If f Iwas able to use LendingClub my procedure would probably be done by now. If things go better tomorrow (1/28/2026) I will come back and update this review. But as of right now, it’s a 2 and they get a 2 ONLY because I feel like Damon (the finance guy) and Melissa did everything in their power to make this work out. At the end of the day it’snot their fault. It’s the decision makers’ fault. 1000%

I had upper and lower implants done in Schaumburg IL a suburb of Chicago. I chose that location because I resided in NW IN at that time. Since then apx 3 years ago I have moved to Arkansas and in order as NOT to void warranty I had my teeth cleaned (Implants) several weeks ago at Clear Choice in Austin Texas. Your rules yet aside from paying for the cost of the procedure I was also billed $200 as a transfer fee for a total of $600! They sure dont mention this at the Schaumburg consultation they just let you know that having your teeth cleaned else wear would void your warranty. Driving from Mountain Home Arkansas to Clear Choice in Austin was 650 miles. When I got hit with that $200 Transfer Fee that was a real shocker and regretting my Clear Choice

worst people ever!... i told them, SEVERAL TIMES! i am on probation in another state, i HAVE to keep my appt times ON POINT..but no, not once, not twice, not three but 4 FUDGING TIMES THEY CHANGED MY SHYT.... if i had a great attorney, they'd pay for the air fare changes... THEY CAN .. WELL, YOU CAN FIGURE THE REST... dont go there.. period

I was received immediately by the dental technician and needed to wait for young Dr Spiro, DDS while he worked with another patient. He was clear and helpful in what he could do for me and how long it would take. He brought in another senior Dentist who also was clear and very helpful. I highly recommend Clear Choice in Walnut Creek. They treated the problem with no charge. While the drive is two hours each way, it is worth it to get that kind of care. Key: Be kind and respectful and you will be respected!

Getting dental implants was my worst decision. The surgical room was not as clean as I expected, and there was an old gown left on the chair.
After the procedure, my smile and pronunciation did not improve as promised. I experienced gum issues on both the left and right upper sides that required multiple adjustments, and I was told this was “normal” and that I should not smile widely.
Instead of clear solutions, I was questioned about my food choices and hygiene. One staff member spoke to me in a disrespectful and raised tone, blaming me for the issue despite my careful oral care.
Overall, it was a disappointing and stressful experience.

I thank God for such professional doctors, like Dr. Kevin Loo and Dr. Joan Greco of Clear Choice Honolulu. They are committed to their professions and their finished products, my dental implants and my well being. I made a clear choice one day to call upon them and today I can say, “I love, love it!”

Based on commercials I went in for a clear choice consultation. They have super false advertising. They don't take any payment plans and my consultation price was $58,000! And their "payment plan" was $38,000 down and $20,000 within first year. Lmao. Ummmm. No. I can't afford that. I cannot deal with dentures they don't work for me. I need help and I can't get it. Don't believe these false statements and testimony's from actors and actresses. It's a bunch of bs. It's expensive as hell and they don't want to help at all they just want to make money that we don't have. All for teeth that we all need. F you clear choice. Also the ppl I spoke with were not nice and the lady he gave me to consult with afterwards stopped replying to my messages after the second email.

Extremely unprofessional front desk staff. I arrived 20 minutes late to my 3:00 PM appointment due to work in Brooklyn, and instead of showing any courtesy or understanding, I was immediately turned away at the door by the receptionist Venus.

When I called right after to explain the situation, Venus answered the phone and spoke to me disrespectfully, even laughing when I asked for a supervisor. The second representative who got on the line was just as rude and offered no help.

No professionalism, no customer service, no basic respect for patients. I left work early to make this appointment and was treated horribly. This office seriously needs to review how their staff communicates with patients.

Got my final Teeth on Monday! LOVE CLEAR CHOICE DENTAL! They did a very good job on my (all on 4 dental implants). I would drive 2 hours round trip for each of my appointment's because they didn't have an office in the Lehigh Valley. I when to the Fort Washington location. I was a real coward. I am a single 76 yr old female that had only 1 tooth left on my bottom jaw. They match my new permeant teeth to my upper partial teeth. I had a real Gagging Problem with impressions. Their whole staff was wonderful & GENTLE with me! Their many payment plans work out with my budget leaving me financing my new teeth. Yes price was higher than other dental office but their review was much better & that why I drove the distance/QUALITY SPEEAKS FOR ME! ILOVE MY NEW TEETH!! I WAITED A LONG TIME TO GET MY NEW IMPLANTS TEETH. THEIR WHOLE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!!!

I had an appointment at clearchoice a couple of days ago and was not happy. First they told me i needed their most expensive procedure (36,000 dollars). When i told them that was not possible, I am disabled and on SS and could not afford almost $600.00 a month as payments. The little girl got it down to $16,000 for just the tops. She would not even talk about dentures as a possibility. She bald face lied to me about dentures being hazardous to my health and causing gum loss, and would prevent me from tasting my food and she wouldn't answer ANY questions about dentures at all no matter how many I asked. Kept avoiding the issue. I've known people that have had dentures for 20+ years and they still have gums and no problems and oddly enough they can actually taste their food, go figure. They sounded like used car sales people, just out to make an expensive sale. She was polite but pushy and uninformative, they all were (except the cockroach of a receptionist, very unpleasant/unfriendly (RUDE) little insect) I came out of that appointment feeling poor and undeserving of their help. They made me feel second class, if you can't afford the best then we won't be bothered with you. Thanks a lot clearchoice. You were absolutely no help to me at all. Communication about the process was terrible. Facial trama and bruising because I was treated poorly durning surgery. Temporary dentures were not good quality.
Final dentures are way too thick and does not look like my smile. Very disappointed
And it cost me $40,000 DOLLARS

My consultation experience did N O T in any way resemble a "medical, dental or otherwise proper review of My health or condition! It was the most appalling excuse for help w/ a lifelong affliction i have ever experienced! A prime example of people's vulnerabilities being exploited and taken advantage of! I did not consult or speak w/ any doctor! i was taken back by a "tech" w/ attitude to an x-ray/scan. Then i was placed in an office that looked like a bank managers office. Nothing about it resembled a doctors office or exam room. Except for model teeth placed on the coffee table like model cars for sale. another girl w/ more attitude came in, pushed play on a monitor and said she'd be back. 10 min video.. then waited another ten. girl came back and immediately approved me. She did not ask or care anything about my situation. She even stopped to text message on Her phone while i was expressing my concerns!!! She then took me to another room for ...the SALES PITCH! The overall cost to fix my problem? $43,000. And that includes the gracious discount of $5,000 that she says they are "willing" to apply to my "account"... w/ additional attitude and pressure to comply at no additional cost!... You will NOT see a doctor, nurse or specialist at consultation. You will see a salesperson. And You will NOT be seen again until you're ready to commit to financial payment! There is nothing humane or medically involved w/ this company's practices!

I went for a initial exam. I pretty much new what to expect.
I felt that the concentration was on getting you to sign up and get financed. My dental condition was related to a car accident. I asked for a written breakdown as to cost and medical coding for such. I understood that they did not accept the insurance, but my insurance(both health, dental and auto PIP) would have reimbursed me for such, but I needed the written document. The manager who I dealt with asked how soon did I want to have the procedure done and I stated as soon as possible with the above and medical clearance being given.
The manager asked to give him a couple of days and he would send me all of what I requested.
I never heard from him. I even sent an email reminding him and have still not heard back.
The Manager's name was Kendrick Wilson at the St. Pete location.
Now after waiting almost three weeks, it is obvious that they were more interested in signing a financial contract with their sales presentation than to actually help their patients.
If they could not even do the simple think that they agreed to...why would I trust them in a proposed experience that could take up to eight months for completion but yet wanted payment up front.
Oh, by the way, I was not interested in financing...maybe that's were they make more money on a rebate of charges thru their third party.
Run, don't walk!
