Great Job!
Paddy and Owen turned up at the same time as a Fridge delivery (not their fault) to remove the remains of my old kitchen so were a bit delayed and people got in their way. Despite this they were efficient and cheerful, went the extra mile and made a potentially stressful situation much easier. They had no choice but to block the lane but when a neighbour needed to exit they immediately paused working and happily moved the van.

Driver didn't turn up
I booked a 1-6pm slot to remove a mattress on the day I had to move out of the flat I was selling. You are not allowed to request an ETA until gone 5pm, so I waited until then and was told the driver would be on his way and I'd get a text when I was the next customer.
At 5.30pm I called again as I still had not received a text, and was told that the driver must be running late and I should leave the mattress outside the flat to be picked up.
As I had to move out of the flat that night, I reluctantly left the mattress outside the flat, conscious that I could be charged for fly tipping.
The next morning my neighbour told me that the mattress was still there. I called at 8.30am and was told they would look into why it was still there. I tried to call again repeatedly at 9.30am but kept going to voicemail, and the inbox was full, so there was no way to get in contact with anyone.
At 10.15 I was called back to say someone would be picking up the mattress, the driver then called me to say he'd be picking it up around 11am. The buyer of my new flat was moving in at any point and the mattress was blocking her way into my flat, which was hugely anxiety inducing for me as I would hate to experience that myself when arriving at a flat I'd just bought.
The driver then called me to say he'd picked it up, and had the audacity to complain that it was heavy and wet from being out overnight!
I asked for a refund and it was refused as they had technically removed the mattress, albeit a day late.
Using this company made moving out of my flat way more stressful than it would have been, and I would never use them again.

I have investigated your collection and unfortunately on this occasion I can see that there were issues with the team's vehicle on the evening in question.
We complete 100's of jobs each week and although the majority of them go to plan, there are occasions when issues occur. When this happens we look to make amends ASAP. And in this instance, the item was collected as soon as possible the following day.
I can also see that you have been refunded for the time slot and the items which were booked but no longer needed collecting.
In addition to this, I have issued a further refund as a way of an apology for your collection not going exactly to plan and causing you unnecessary anxiety at an already stressful time.
I wish you all the best in your new home.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Firstly, the company itself for booking and enquiries are amazing! Reasonable prices, they able to answer any questions you may have.
The two lads that attended my property, Jordon & Connor were great! Very respectful and got the job done quite quickly! They also cleaned up all the debris and dust on the floor too! I had a rat in my property which I made them aware of prior to the visit. Jordon successfully removed the rat, too! Those lads deserve a Christmas bonus and payrise!

Simon and Steve were great. Very fast and efficient and tidy. They swept the garage after moving all the rubbish. They were also careful to take before and after pictures.

AMAZING GUYS
CLEARANCE & CLEAN UP LTD came to collect my waste from my kitchen refurb. There was a text saying 'be there in 10 minutes' and they were. Simon & Daniel were friendly and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.
