Received wrong item
I placed my order a month ago thinking it would be enough time to receive in time for a birthday gift. I had to email customer service to get a timeframe after 3 weeks of waiting as the birthday was coming up within a week. I finally get the order just in time for the birthday and it was the wrong item. I called several times on the Monday (I finally just left a voicemail message) after the birthday and I emailed as well and I never got a response. I called again on Wednesday and finally got a live person! She was helpful but not real apologetic. It makes me wonder what kind of people work at this company. It's like "whatever, no big deal".

staff took the time to read the note on my order and customized my order and sent an extra txt to tell me so.
Actual customer service versus automatic fill and ship. (Hard to find people in today's digital world). I will place more orders with this company in the future. Items also make very nice gifts.

Wrong delivery but good recovery
Ordered 4 items but 2 were sent incorrectly. Received correct items 2 days later via USPS with nice handwritten note and a complimentary sample product. Also received prepaid return label to return the 2 items. I have ordered from Classic Shaving before and this is first mishap. As always, shaving products are excellent (Barasso and Old Taylor).

Great site and a helpful staff
I checked out the site on my own to find a gift for my husband. When I realized I had no one what I was looking for, I called customer service. They were helpful, informative and patient. I did not feel pressure to make a purchase but rather encourage to discuss it with my husband and come back. I did and again customer service helped me pick out a beautiful razor and accessories! I would highly recommend Classic Shaving
