Ordered a shirt for son’s birthday. I did get nervous after seeing it was stuck at the courier 10 days after placing the order so I chased it through CK customer services and I received the shirt 48 hours later and in good time so thank you Classic Kits for your intervention and support.
The delay may have been genuine, I will never know. Just had previous bad experiences with Evri, had it not been for that I’d have given 5 stars

Great selection of shirts with clear information on the quality and fitting. I'm a repeat customer and doubt will be purchasing again soon.

I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but I took the chance and I'm glad I did. Shirt was exactly what I ordered with the premier league patch and the name and number on the back. Delivery was quicker than expected too.

I have been waiting over a month for a delivery. Have reached out twice sending a copy of my receipt and have yet to hear anything back. The shirt was a gift for a birthday that has been and gone. I'm disappointed.

UPDATE: the customer service team have responded and have done some digging to provide tracking info. I can't fault them. Somehow an email address that I never use was linked to my order. Not Classic Kit FC's error but mine. Unfortunately the delivery went to my old address several weeks ago.

Ordered a top and it was too small, i have emailed continuously for weeks with no reply. They don't reply and state 14 days for a return. They have falsely advertised

The quality of the shirt I ordered was excellent and the price was very good. The communication on delivery was a little slow but it arrived safely after just one enquiry.

I have the same issue as many other reviewers here. I have an item I would like to exchange for a larger size and no-one returns my emails. I have reached out multiple times via email and also through their website and I get no response at all. Their policy states that exchanges must be organised within 14 days of delivery. I am now way outside of this window because they simply do not respond. The item was a gift for a friend and it is very embarrassing to keep telling them that I'm having trouble contacting the seller. Unfortunately, my advice would be to stay clear of this company as they have no customer service. My first email was sent 2 weeks ago today...

Bought 2 tops and wanting 2 return them emailed them 3 times and no reply tops are small fitting and quality is very poor don't buy from this site absolute shit

Please please please do not use this seller tried to return football shirt and ask for a refund 4 emails sent they don't respond they just ignored them.

Written 3 emails about my order and not received 1 back was just looking for a bit of help from you guys as I have some queries
