Repeat Customer- CCL is legit!

I have now purchased two properties from Classic Country Land and cannot recommend them enough. They are beyond professional, helpful, and efficient. The land I bought was exactly as pictured/described… or actually, it was better than the pictures could convey! Financing is easy and straightforward, and a valid deed was rendered immediately upon completion of payment. No issues. No stress. No worries. I would consider CCL a highly reputable seller and have encouraged family and friends to use them.
(Our land agent this time around was Michael and he went above and beyond. Ask for him if you can!)

Great Customer Support

The person was available to answer my questions by text and email and phone. He was also very helpful at pointing out the pluses or minuses of different plots, which helped me to select the one I bought. He also sent me extra photos upon request.

False Advertising at it's finest

Like many people during covid I was looking for an escape. I found Classic Country Land, LLC and was excited to find that they did owner financing considering I'm a disabled veteran. I found a piece of property I absolutely loved and drove the 6 hours one way to look at it. I noticed the property line split down the center of the road and talked with the team about how I can secure seclusion. They explained if I purchased everything in the rear that I would be able to protect myself. They explained to me that if I purchased lot 15, 3, and four that I would be able to protect myself. Over a year later after spending tens of thousands of dollars of developing the land, The adjacent property lot 14 has gone through multiple owners and they can't sell it. I got an email from the company stating that I needed to move my building and that they were going to open access to lot 14. They're now producing a survey that was never given to me. As evidenced Classic always provides The lot number, what the lot looks like, where it has access from, and any other information to include the payment options. The lot in question, lot 14 is only advertised to have access, as confirmed by Michael (Classic Salesman) when I originally purchased the land to only have access from the main road and not the unmaintained road. Classic is claiming that Michael is new and he doesn't really know the rules, and can't make decisions. It's absolutely a case of false advertisement for the benefit and gain of a company. They falsely left out / omitted access and have not been able to sell it therefore are trying to now enforce something that was not advertised or shared with any of the surrounding owners. Additionally the company is bullying and sending people on the property that are locals, while claiming the easement is public. The easements however are not public easements, they are access easements for adjacent landowners. In this case lot 14 was never part of it and classic never even finished the road or attempted to. Now after tens of thousands of dollars of development they're trying to gain it's benefits.

I would run as fast as you can and never think about buying from this company!

Let's show records because I can show all of the false advertising they're doing. No record was sent to me and I have direct conversations. If you're thinking about buying from them find me on LinkedIn, I'm a recruiter and easy to find and I will save you tens of thousands of dollars of a mistake

We do appreciate your business and we want our customers to be happy. We have been in business for a long time and have dealt with similar situations. In this case, the plat has been recorded in Wayne County. That recording information is on each of your contracts. It is clear that the lot has access from the easement in question. We have records of the survey being sent to you at the time of purchase, as well as it having been posted on our website. At any time you could have pulled the recording information from your contract and also requested a copy from the county recorder's office. We have offered fair options for a resolution, so we hope to resolve this quickly.

He immediately responded with a phone call, talked me through the process of purchasing, answered any and all questions and made the purchase I had been pondering over for 10 years a snap. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again, Michael. You are a rare gem! I cannot wait to enjoy my newly purchased land on Terlingua Ranch !

I have had a very good experience…

I have had a very good experience buying my land. I researched and went and looked at the parcel, fell in love and called Michael who helped me through the easy down payment process and JUST LIKE THAT...Boom, Im a landowner. I would highly recommend this company. The contract is very transparent and easy to understand as well.

I would have wrote a five star but I fill as if I wasn't treated equal are fairly as to the lot I was buying adjust to all sides was neighbors who also are buying from this bunch an was there before me this group of layers an jump the gun type neighbors looking take teachers pet I cut few trees to gather lumber to build my damn home well every single neighbor went told a different story called this classic an keep in mind now classic has to follow laws late payment one miss payment hardly allow to file closer an this bunc decided I later learn they have screw up bad they can not just self evict me on one miss payment an just because a bunch of dumb asses see a tree fall on my lot oh he's selling lumber these people had not one darn bit of proof they saw a lumber I cut go off site o. Truck witch I was preparing to build my home I got acusse of selling my trees witch under contract the land still there's but to try control every thing I do on my legal land I have contract for I got some news for you tree huggers OK civil rights resident laws intitle ment to privacy ur neighbors violated that invading a calling in lieing on me an classic u violated everything by assuming ur clients you Send to do your work who are not even employees ok illegal as shot if that old jar head client of yours hadn't came three lots down go out his way to start violating more my privacy rights with out my permission classic u hold no power to over ride my rights under contract weather I miss a payment are not contract is in place u no this ur client I'm going to file a fair equal housing rights to intitlement against you your clients for invading my privacy civil rights under fair housing act an it applys to all folks an you self evicted me with out advising me of my rights are choices I. The matter you are ur legal advisor never advised me honestly of all rights I'm in title as it his duty he fail I'm fileing a full law suot for the value of price of my.lose witch was never fairly advised as should have been you self evicted me by bribe false miss lead me

I purchased land from Classic Country…

I purchased land from Classic Country in Sept 2019. I would never look back. My children have grown up on this land, we have built our dream homestead and I'd never look back for a second. Michael, Jenny, Lori and the rest of the CCL team are all amazing.

take a chance with this ccl I promise they make dreams come true

Never in a million years would I think that I would be able to buy land. I went through really rough times, and it affected my credit score. I cannot even get a credit card, not even the ones people get who have bad credit. my dream was to own land off the grid in the country. I will be honest I was really feeling like this was too good to be true but guess what it is definitely true. I even met my amazing neighbors who bought from classic country land 3 years ago and are very happy with classic country land. I am buying 27 beautiful acres in the Ozark mountains in mo. Shannon County. Here is the best part of this experience. Michael is the guy who we worked with on getting this property. Michael was so patient and amazing with us I am shocked at his kindness and thoughtfulness I had an issue with my bank, and I didn't think I was going to be able to get the deposit in my bank in time it broke my heart the thought of someone else buying the land I knew was meant for my family. Michael saved the day; he said I will stay up till 10 pm just so you get this land. This Gester of kindness was so refreshing you don't see kindness like this in this world we live in now he was so funny and very reassuring willing to put in more hours so we could make our down payment. Michael if you read this or your boss reads this you need a promotion and a raise you made this process so simple, I literally found the land and had the deed the next day it was a smooth process. I will be screaming off the rooftop how amazing this company is. Request Michael because I know for a fact, he will make this process so smooth and enjoyable. He even sent me a personalized video congratulating me. Michael and classic country land you made my dream come true when no other company could have done this for us. I drove 5 hours this past weekend to see the land in person. I was so in love with this property. This property was breathtaking and it was 2 mountains and a valley with breathtaking views. contact country classic land and request Michael you will not be disappointed this seemed too good to be true but my right hand to God it was true and simple take a chance you won't regret it.

Michael was great the land was as it was described I opted for the owner financing 500 down and small monthly payments the whole process was very smooth I love my land and I'll definitely be calling Mike to do my next transaction.

My experience with CLASSIC country land…

My experience with CLASSIC country land has been better then I would have expected.i know these are crazy times hard to trust..but I did and it has gone completely by the book.i am 100 % satisfied with the service I have received from Classic country land LLC .

I cannot express how easy it was to work with Classic Country Land. The properties they represent are beautiful, they actually listen to your budget and needs/wants and work with you to your satisfaction not simply push inventory they might have available/wish to move. It felt more like working with a friend which is exactly what you want when looking for a retreat/getaway property. Jenny was amazing.

after going and looking at the properties we picked one we liked the best and she walked us through the process ..
Now we can go camping any time !!
Truth is the property is way better than expected !!!
