Es una página de muy poca confianza, te roban, tengan mucho cuidado, cobraron montos en dólares incorrectos y no te los reembolsan, es una página de origen dudoso, además te piden que hagas una puntuación favorable para que te reembolsen el dinero, algo que jamás hacen, pero de esa manera captan posibles clientes. Tengan mucho cuidado.

The fact that my request was handle promptly and effectively

I was scammed. On Instagram, I entered a giveaway that turned out to be fake. The scam involved giving you a prize, but you had to pay shipping costs. Paying for it activated a subscription with this company (classblouse), and you received an email with a confirmation and some terms and conditions... when in fact, what I saw on the website pretended to be a shipping company, not a clothing company. Obviously, I canceled the card I used to pay and requested a refund for both the initial purchase and another one I made later (because when I paid for the shipping costs, the payment was activated again, with an identical appearance but different website, and which also activated a collection service). Out of innocence, I paid again and got a third refund. When I requested a refund, they claim they've already refunded you (which is false), but they also tell you that for the refund to be effective, you have to delete the negative reviews.

They only scammed me for four euros in total, but as soon as I have a free moment, I'm going to report it to the police. I've already used up 10 days of useless emails, and I see this happening to many unsuspecting people like me. What scoundrels.

Son unos estafadores. Ayer les escribí para anular la "suscripcion" que no hice intencionadamente porque me llegó a través de publicidad engañosa. El cargo estaba previsto para el día 7 de abril y aunque me dijeron que ya no lo harían efectivo, mi intención era anular ese pago dando la orden en mi banco. Pues han adelantado el cobro al día 2. Cuidado!

SCAM. They will not give you your money back and they tell people to write good reviews in order to get a refund (it’s not true, they won’t give the money back). Go to your bank and cancel the charges from them, if you try to cancel the subscription they will charge you again.

My email requesting cancellation was activated promptly and the subsequent correspondence from Paula was excellent. Courteously and gently reminding me to do the necessary.
