We visited your Liffey Valley store today to buy shoes for one of our children. The service we were met with was exceptional. Katie wasn’t at all phased with our three young children barraging her with questions from everything relating from the feet measuring to the jewellery she was wearing. She’d a great way with them all. She was helpful and very friendly. Anyway credit where credit is due. I hope she’s recognised for her work ethic. I cannot remember the last time I was on the receiving end of such friendly customer service.

Just come home from the Clarks shoe store in Ipswich. I went in today because it was quiet and I could see people serving. Said what I needed and Lucy not only recognised the Clarks I was wearing ( I didn’t remember that they were Clarks,) but she also directed me to the next ones on from those I was wearing. She so obviously knew the stock, which was refreshing! Then Jess brought several pairs of shoes for me to try. They were both so incredibly helpful; it was such a treat to go somewhere where the staff know their stock.

Ordered from Clarks.ie and not made aware of custom charges. Had to pay 10 euro extra on 25 euro shoes. Also this caused delivery to be delayed a few days too from what is expected. Avoid...

Ordered two pairs of kids shoes on 21/08/23 from the Clarks.ie website. Today 25/08/23 I received a text from Anpost saying I need to pay a customs charge of approx 25euro to receive my delivery.

Nowhere on the website did it state I would encounter this fee. I contacted customer service today the man I spoke with was unable to help me. He told me to pay the fee and upon proof of payment Clarks would reimburse me - this is far too longwinded and time consuming.

I asked to cancel my order but he said it was too late so now I need to wait for AnPost to return the package to Clarks before I can get a refund.
And how simple will this be?? Will I need to follow-up with Clarks about this????

I am very dissatisfied, it would be SO easy for Clarks to add this information before check-out but they choose NOT to. They have my money. Now I patiently have to wait for weeks hoping this package will be retuned to them in one piece so I can get my refund.

I will not be shopping with Clarks.ie ever again.

Excellent customer service today with Sarah in the Carmarthen clarks store nothing was too much trouble for her the only thing that I would like to point out is that there is very little choice in school shoes for the older children maybe something for clarks to think about

Went to Ipswich store today, served by Mary who was helpful & efficient. She helped me find exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with the service I received today. Lois served me at the tills and she was knowledgeable and helped me choose the best delivery options. Many thanks

I generally don't write reviews, but I have to say the service myself and my family recieved today from Clarks in swords was appalling. It was a guy and 2 female staff members. We went over to the guy who happened to be standing near us, he made some joke with the other 2 we didn't catch it. The guy had no interest in what he was doing so much so, we're not even sure if he measured our childs foot correctly. He measure and gave the size. I asked for shoes in that size. He pointed at the wall and that was that. We left the store. We've been in other Clarks stores and service has always been great.

Recently when i was in clarks in dundrum a Sales Person helped me her name is aya and she made the environment very welcoming she was extremely nice and I hope she’s there every time I’m Shopping in Clarks

Gerry, in the Grafton Street shop asked could he help and went to fetch the shoes I was interested in. We completed the sale in minutes. He was friendly, courteous and efficient.

Went into Clarks in the Pavillions Swords looking for a pair of work shoes. Was unsure what I wanted, a very helpful staff member called Lisa showed me the range of mens shoes to help me with my choice. Definitely will be back!

Always purchase my shoes in Clarks Swords. Staff very attentive with great knowledge of shoes on display. Barbara, the Manager, very friendly and willing to help.

Excellent service provided by Lilianna in the Blanchardstown store. I had previously visited another shoe shop but was not happy with the customer experience, so I went to Clark's - which I should have done right away. Lilianna was great.

My boots never arrived, contact phone number doesn't work and unable to submit query as nothing happens when I click to send, clarks.ie appears to be a fraudulent website, be aware!

Excellent customer service. My boots hadn’t arrived, it was now 2 weeks after the indicated delivery date. After writing an email to Clarks’ customer services team, Jordan replied soon afterwards, and the matter was resolved very satisfactorily.

Inconsistent sizing. 3 pairs. Same size. All different. Had to return an items. It’s been 3 weeks and refund is still not processed - package is one the way to their centre.

Horrendous customer service experience. Bought two pairs of shoes from the Clarks.ie website. Clarks emailed to say I would be charged customs on the order (which was annoying in itself since I bought from a .ie domain) but the email said once I paid the customs to the carrier I could call Clarks and be reimbursed. Paid customs totalling just under 30% of the total cost of the shoes. Rang to be reimbursed by clarks and, low and behold, the number doesn’t work! Emailed Clarks asking for another number. After over a week later I got a brief reply, without any apology, with a new number to call. Again, this number didn’t work either. Both numbers don’t even exist! I’ve emailed again but still I’ve had no response two week later. I’ve returned the shoes as of three weeks ago and I don’t have a refund either!

I will NEVER shop at Clarks again. I have young children from 2 years to 6 years and bought almost all their shoes in Clarks. I’m so annoyed and frustrated by this experience. We’ve tried to contact them via Facebook also with no avail. Clarks this is such woeful customer service. Other businesses deserve the custom so much more.

My order was scheduled to arrive on the 6th of January, it is still not here over a week later. The contact number is conveniently not working and there is still have not reply to my email. Absolutely disgusting customer service. If you cannot continue to provide a fair business during the pandemic you should not continue to sell any items promising this, it is dishonest, misleading and criminal for a company of your size and reputation to do so.
