Good online discount. Arrived on time. Returned to store no problem (replacement for lost school shoes that turned up in the end!), staff friendly and helpful.

Alison our assistant at west wickham was so helpful with helping me choose the right shoes. Her expertise and understanding of my needs were met and purchase four pairs & mens slippers. I can.only say it was so valuable to have a kind patience person like Alison to assist me & will continue to use Clarkes because of the service, prices especially on sale and the valued Alison so thankyou so much. Will be back at west wickham for my new purchases for the next season.

Can't beat Clarks for kids shoes
Staff at this branch are always so lovely and helpful. Came to get my youngest measured for new shoes.
Staff interacted so nicely with my 4 year old daughter and made her feel so special.
Staff member Karen took the time to try different styles of shoes with my daughter and checked the fit carefully. I always feel in good hands when buying my kids shoes from Clarks.
