Took my 20month old to have her feet measured in Swansea store. Was served by Nadine and Holly , who were really lovely and patient as my daughter kept running out the store. They had to order 1 pair of shoes as you didn’t have her size but had them in a different colour so we could try they were both very helpful . Thank you

Went in for ONE thing: shoes for our 3-year-old daughter. Left with shoes, a new bag for said toddler, wipes, AND some label stickers. Nadine and the team have sales skills so sharp they should be knighted.

The real plot twist: a rogue spider decided to do parkour across the shoe stands. Cue staff panic. Cue my husband, stepping in like a Marvel hero. The reward? A cheeky discount. Justice for arachnophobes everywhere!

I bought a pair of plain black patent ballet flat shoes from Clarks shoe shop in Swansea Quadrant shopping centre this afternoon. I am very pleased with the shoes, as they are good quality, are well made and are comfortable. They look smart and are perfect for work. The heel of the shoes is not to high. I was served by a nice young lady called Nadine, who was polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. The service that I received from her was excellent. Thank you very much.

Getting older now and my feet are often in constant pain, so it was very important to get the right shoe and style that was going to help.

Straightforward, order online pick up at store.

I was looking for an evening shoe and, having browsed online, I found exactly what I wanted.
The young lady serving me was called Nadine and she was very helpful. Bright, cheerful and helpful. What a pleasant change. She even helped another couple who’d come in to the store whilst other staff stood around.

Nadien (I think that was her name) was amazing in helping get our son his first pair of shoes.

She was incredible but felt sorry for the staff in clarks as the quadrant was having a Halloween party and the speakers were blasting into their store making it very difficult for us to hear and concentrate but despite this she was very professional.
