Zahra was the greatest help . Buying shoes for my narrow feet daughter is always a nightmare but Zahra made it a very pleasant and successful experience.

I recently visited our local Clarks store in Stevenage and Sales Representative Zahra went above and beyond with assisting my little one to choose his shoes. And he is a picky one, I must say. Zahra was very attentive, kind and professional and very competent. Her customer service and individual approach was excellent. I highly recommend Clarks store in Stevenage

We went in to look and found the assistant Amelia so helpful, full of useful information and advice resulted in getting a lovely comfortable pair of boots, but also guidance for future purchases. Fantastic.

We came for our 1 year old’s first per of shoes.
Zahra who served us was so helpful in picking out the right sized shoes. She was great with our 1 year old too and he responded so well to what she was asking him to do.

I visited the Stevenage branch of Clark’s to shop for my daughter’s first pair of shoes and was served by Cindy.
She was so approachable, friendly and really took the time to explain the sort of shoes my daughter would need and made this milestone so memorable for me. Her customer service was amazing which is hard to come by these days!

Quick and easy from ordering on-line to delivery just in time for school.
Ordered multiple sizes and returned in store. Staff were super helpful with advice on how to care for the shoes we kept when we made the returns.

Our little boy is autistic and has a global development delay. He can sometimes find it hard to be in busy environments.
The shop was busy, and he waited quite well but became distressed and myself and my husband calmed him down. A member of staff introduced herself to us and then to our little boy. Her name was Cindy. She was so kind and patient, she calmly spoke to our little boy and explained everything she was doing to him. She treated him with respect. Please say thank you to Cindy. It would be lovely if more people were like her.

I have a hearing impairment & was spoken to exactly how it helps me understand 👍 Very helpful & managed to find the correct shoes & get them delivered the following day, which was exactly what I needed - thank you 👍👍👍

Son measured 10 /12 bought shoes with grandparent, came home with shoes, asked son to try them on as that was his Clark’s measurement last year and they didn’t fit

Returned to Clark’s to be remeasured at 11 1/2!

Left the school shoe shopping a little late this year. However was super grateful to Clarks in Stevenage. Thank you Zahra for all your help! My little boy is very happy with his new shoes!

We spent over an hour buying a total of 4 pairs of shoes for whole family, Zahra was very helpful, professional and patient. Clarks are not cheap but the service is what makes it, plus generally decent quality shoes.

Cindy was so helpful and patient with my two little ones getting there feet measured. Thank you!

Ellie was very helpful and had great customer service. She measured my son's shoes accurately and helped us to purchase 2 pairs of school shoes. The whole experience was stress free.

1000% coming back! Ama in the Stevenage store was absolutely incredible with our girls! She was so helpful, giving a great and easy process when buying our shoes. I believe she was training another team member Dana, and the way that she explained the process to her as well as us was very well done, definitely a leader in the making😉!
