What lovely staff at the Solihull…
What lovely staff at the Solihull branch of Clarks, brilliant customer service, great advice and a very pleasant, positive and relaxed atmosphere in the shop, all the staff were amazing, it was Mile that served us and I just want to say what a brilliant member of staff he is, he went above beyond to help us,as did the other staff there, fantastic, what a great team

Clarks Solihull - Excellent Service
Lana at the Solihull branch was very helpful. I was looking for a pair of Torhill Hi shoes and advised me that I needed to size down, as they wear too big.
She gave me the sign up 10% off, which allowed me to include suede protector for cheaper than the RRP of the shoes. Thank you, Lana, for the great service!

Friendly, helpful staff
I needed school shoes for my son and was assisted today by Ewan. He was patient, friendly and professional and ensured that we had the correct shoes to meet with the school's strict uniform policy and that my son was comfortable and happy in.

Care, patience and expertise @ Solihull branch
Had fantastic customer service from Lana @Clarks Solihull this afternoon. She showed care, patience and expertise when sorting out some new school shoes for my son. She was also relatable and engaging with my daughter too - who does tend to get bored quickly! Thanks Lana for the great service! The manager was also attentive and hands on. All down great service - so much so I came straight home and left a review.
