Served by Ewan at the Solihull store. Service was fantastic! I didn’t know my feet were smaller than I thought. Commend Ewan for his attention to detail, and resolving a long time issue I’ve had with other shoes - I was choosing ones that were too large for my feet.

I was in need of a shoe which were sadly out of stock online. As I was shopping in Merry Hill, I went into Clarks, I asked the assistant if he had 'the shoe' and showed him a screenshot- he advised no try 'Sports Direct' a little surprised I said its a Clark's shoe on clarks website!
He then apologised and I asked him to check his system if anywhere had a a pair. He then said Bullring - which wasn't a problem as I live in Birmingham.
He then advised there is 1 pair showing in Solihull clark's.
I asked if he could reserve it for me, which he said he couldn't, I'd have to contact the store. So I asked for the store number, he advised me to search on "Google'.
Dissapointed so i said thank you and I walked out whilst searching online for a contact number.
I found the number and rang, as the store was due to close in 30mins.
A young man answered, I told him that Merry Hill have advised you have 1 pair of this shoe i need in an E fitting, I gave him the name and he said I will go check the stock room. He returned a few minutes later, advising he's found the pair, I explained I couldn't possibly get to Solihul in 25mins and if he'd put aside for me to collect Sunday at 10.30, he said he would and he'll be in store at the same time.
The next day i got held up, so at 10.35 I rang Solihull and the delightful assistant 'Ewan' answered, I advised I wouldn't get to him until 1pm. If he could hold them a little longer he said tht would be fine and would let his manager know.
Around 1pm my sister and I got to Clark's Solihull and I asked a colleague for the shoe's kept to 1 side for me and mentioned 'Ewan' had kept them aside yesterday.
A few minutes later 'Ewan' arrived with the box, he mentioned it was the last pair and he struggled to find them at 1st. He asked if I wanted to sit and try them on, which I did and they were 'Perfect' I proceeded to the til with Ewan and completed my purchase..

I am so grateful to "Ewan at Clark's Solihull", he has excellent customer service skills, and is a very pleasant young man. I will certainly be back to Solihull Branch when I'm need of any footwear.

I visited the Solihull Clarks Shop on Saturday. I was met by the manager who was extremely nice and after making a small selection of boots I was served by Ewan. He was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with orthotic fitting in the boots and did it with a smile. What a lovely young man he is and I congratulate him on his customer service. 5*+

I came down from Northumberland for a visit back to my roots ,we went to Solihull Clarks shop ,I have bad feet and fed up of chucking shoes out ,well Pat the lady who served me was absolutely fantastic, she measured my feet ,nothing too much trouble ,got different boots for me to try ,trainers for me to try in 2 different sizes as I have one foot wider than the other due to surgery .she gave me advise ,time ,and was very caring .I now have a lovely pair of leather trainers that were even in the sale , she was not pushy for a sale she just wanted to help .THANK YOU PAT .this is the sort of staff I want to serve me .

The Solihull store was great as usual with a good range of stock and options on display. The shop is always immaculately presented.

Pat greeted me as soon as I entered, I explained that I had an online order which I wished to exchange for another style in store. She immediately found a size in stock for me to try on and seamlessly processed my transaction in a very efficient and friendly manner.
