Alex was absolutely amazing! So incredibly helpful with finding the right pair of trainers to fit my wide feet and orthotics. You just don’t get that buying online. Will definitely be going back.

Horrendous customer service. Only care about hitting sales targets and no aftercare for customers. Always found it a bit unfriendly in there but the experience my wife had was awful. Went in to exchange some faulty boots on Sat 1st Feb where one had a sharp bit digging in the ankle. The girl who served her told her she couldn’t return them and that maybe she had just picked the wrong boot!! We wanted to swap not return. Then unbelievably in front of some shocked customers she told my wife she could not deal with it now anyway as she had sales targets to hit so would only move on to the customers. They even told her to continue with my wife’s issue but she refused. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment.
Took them to the Redhill branch where a lovely Women assisted, found the issue with them and promptly got a new pair.
Avoid Reigate Clark’s at all costs especially as Redhill is 5 min away.

Love this shop. It’s the only shop I buy my kids shoes from. Previously I’ve tried others in the past and they never anywhere near the quality or last as long as Clark’s. Highly recommend always. PS. Lana you were brilliant.

Great customer service today in Reigate store from Kenia. She was friendly, helpful and very competent. We were confident that we had found the right size and fit, after a couple of previous unsuccessful attempts elsewhere. Bought 2 pairs of shoes for our grandaughter which we are all delighted with. Thanks for a successful shopping trip!

Kenya in the Reigate high street shop was very helpful in measuring my foot size and finding the right comfortable shoes for me. She took her time to explain the different shoes, the materials, how to care for them, etc.

The staff were attentive and greeted customers in a way that is not so common in shops these days. Alex was helpful in finding the correct fit and explaining the Clarks 14 day trial so that if I changed my mind I could return the shoes provided I hadnt worn them outside. Excellent service thank you.

We went into the Reigate shop to get my 15 month old his first pair of shoes, we were helped by Jemima who measured his feet and gave advice on which shoes would be best, then helped us fit them and see him walking around in them. The whole process was really efficient and Jemima clearly knew what she was talking about. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarks to others, particularly for sorting first shoes.

I was looking for smart shoes to buy for work and had a great experience at Clark’s Reigate. The staff were super helpful, especially Alex, who made sure I could try on all suitable sizes for the shoes I liked - as I vary between a 5.5 and 6. When I decided on a pair of shoes to purchase and asked if there was a student discount, staff were quick to check if it was available and were able to give me a 15% discount! A very enjoyable shopping experience :)

Visited the Reigate store to get my daughter new school shoes. Kenya served us and was very friendly, asking my daughters name and very helpful when measuring her feet and trying on shoes

I visited the Clarks store on Reigate High Street with my 14 year old daughter. Helped by sales associate Kenya. My teenage daughter has talipes and Kenya took time to work out a suitable shoe that fitted well. She couldn’t have been any more helpful. An absolute credit to your business. I highly recommend both her and this store. Thank you.

Kenya in Reigate was very helpful in selecting the correct size and width sandals yesterday and in the Winter recommending the most comfortable warm boots I’ve ever had. Good selection in store and good service.
