The in store young lady was so present and approachable.
It wasvin a blink of an eye, and i had my package. Custome service i rate her 10/10

My 13 years old son had exceptional experience with Allan who works for Redhill Clarks - we couldn’t highly recommend the store.

What a delight it was to GO INTO a Clarks shop and look at full-size shoes and not just a two inch miniature.

But the icing on the cake was to speak and HAVE TIME to interact with a gentleman, Alan, who knew his stock levels and the characteristics of the shoes and boots he was able to offer me.

I had not intended to make any purchases today, but the experience of face to face discussion of my needs (and indeed having a man on his knees to me!) far outstripped the sterile contemplation of a website, with the added benefit of not having the hassle of buying (and paying postage for) more pairs than you need and the even greater hassle of queuing at the Post Office to return the unwanted shoes.

Alan’s patience and advice given freely persuaded me to buy more Clark’s products than I ever would have online (and deprived Hotter Shoes of a sale I was contemplating).

Bravo for real shops and their staff!

I have terrible problems with my feet now. Have to have inserts also. Alan at Redhill shop has gone above & beyond to try & help me. The boots I ordered were no good. Didn't like a lot of the styles as some are quite manly looking. Even though I need extra width etc now I would still like to feel like a woman! So Alan thank you. But Clarks please look into helping people that have big problems with their feet. We need support bigger widths, but not these big hod clopper looking shoes etc! Something stable that looks smart & feels comfortable please.

I had to take back some trainers that my daughter had only had for a few weeks due to a design fail.
Alan at the Redhill store made the refund and exchange a very smooth and stress free experience. I felt listened to and the inconvenience of having to return them was acknowledged.

After experiencing issues with many different ‘Brogues’ in the past that I’d purchased from other manufacturers, I decided to try Clarks in the hope of finding a sturdy version that is built to last.

Around two months ago, I attended the Redhill Clarks and I explained to Alan the issues I had been having with my previous shoes not lasting.

Alan was confident that Clarks shoes would be fit for my purpose and he showed me the collection, whilst also explaining the process of resoling shoes in the future for when the new shoes would naturally wear down.
Alan was really keen on finding me the best fit and there was no hard selling, just genuine interest in helping me find the right shoe for me.

Having bought the shoes Alan recommended, I’ve attended the store again today two months later in order to buy a second pair as Alan was right, they are incredibly comfortable and are lasting much better than any of my previous shoes from other manufacturers.

(The original version from two months ago are still in great condition despite being put through their paces every day. My previous versions from other manufacturers would have fallen apart by now).

I’ve never left a review/feedback before but I felt it was imperative that I do this time as Alan’s customer service was incredible!

Booked an appointment, turned to early and got seen for a school shoe fitting straight away. Veronica was helpful and efficient and we were in and out in 20 minutes.

Veronika in the Redhill branch was very friendly and explained everything to us nicely and was very helpful.

Fantastic experience AGAIN.
Took my son to buy school shoes in the Redhill branch.
We were helped by Olivia who we had met on our previous visit last year.
She immediately recognised us and was every bit as friendly, helpful, professional and charming as last time.
What a fantastic ambassador for the brand and an impressive young lady.
She should be congratulated.
