Clarks - Rayleigh Omdömen 98

I was helped by Alison at the Rayleigh store when I went back to my home town for a funeral. I don't normally write reviews to be honest but my experience was really good. Alison listened, gave helpful advice and was generally super kind. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I recommend this store.

Always come into the Rayleigh store to get my children's shoes. The staff are always so friendly and so good with my young children. Allison served us today and she was so good with my eldest whilst we were getting his 1st school shoes (she even measured my sons teddy's feet which he was desperate for!)

Amazing service from Allison at the Rayleigh store. My 4 year old can be very fussy about shoes but Allison is brilliant with her and my daughter is always happy and has a smile on her face after we’ve visited :)

We came in for my daughter’s first ever school shoe fitting today and we weren’t sure what to choose from. Allison gave us good advice and we found some lovely shoes quickly - my daughter is very happy with them. We’ve been told by the other parents at the school that Clarks are the only shoes that last!!

Claire and her colleague were very friendly and helpful with measuring my son’s feet and choosing shoes. A lovely service plus shoes were on sale so good value too.

Alison was very patient and made our daughter feel at ease when measuring her feet for her first pair of shoes.
We have been back again and got our daughter's second pair of shoes and Alison again insured these were the right shoes for her feet size

Claire went above and beyond!

My little boy had a series of shoes I had brought online to try and nothing was too much trouble for Claire. She intently measured my little one’s feet and checked each pair of shoes, we didn’t feel rushed at any point and I had quite a few pairs of shoes! A big thank you for being such a helpful shoe specialist, your kindness shined through and you made our visit a special one.

Went in and spoke to Alison and she was most helpful and exchanged my sandals even got them at a cheaper price so got some money back

Love our local Clark's shop and long may it stay on Rayleigh High Street! Special shout out too to Alison (the Manager) who is really friendly and very helpful. All the other staff are great there too (sorry I don't know all of your names!).

Walked in to have a look in the sale and was welcomed by a member of staff. Was looking around and was offer help by another member of staff who advised how they could help if I couldn't see my size etc. I was able to try on any shoes and was helped by Alison throughout. I made a purchase for myself and a pair for hubby. Alison advised that if they didn't fit I could simply return for a full refund. Excellent service and would certainly shop there again. Many thanks

The Rayleigh Clarks store, particularly Allison is so friendly and helpful. It would be more convenient to visit another store, but I return to Rayleigh every time I need a fitting for my children because they have the same consistent staff, who understand, listen and do everything they can to fulfil our needs.
