Clarks - Putney Omdömen 45

Very welcoming & friendly store when i first visit I have to this store is always greeted with happy smiles by the staff. But special recognition to Asela who went above and beyond to ensure I got the right sizing and width needed. Will definitely be returning to Putney Clark’s.

What can I say excellent customer service by Gina and her team. Very friendly, chatting all the time. Will be back. Putney not a patch on Hammersmith Clark’s very unfriendly.

I have had the best experience with the manager in the Clarks Putney store. So welcoming and so helpful with two kiddies needing feet measured and new school shoes. The kids absolutely love getting their feet measured now and want to go in even when we don't need shoes.
All the staff there have been great with us.

I went to shop at Clarks today and unfortunately I have to say I had a really bad experience with the manager here. She was very rude and disrespectful to both customers and staff, which made everyone feel uncomfortable. It's disappointing to see a manager act like that because it affects the customers mood aswell as the staff members. I hope there is action being taken on this and hopefully they can learn to treat people with respect.

I went to this store last week so regret... I wish I would’ve gone! the manager called Gina or whatever she's so disrespectful loud, obnoxious she have no manners being so rude to customer and also to the staff I feel bad for one of their staff in front of so many customers she were being rude shutting at her... I will never gonna cross this store only because of her attitude manners and being disrespectful person (Gina) she don't deserve to be manager I would personally not choose her to be a manager never🚫✋🤮🤮

I ordered some slippers online and collected from my local branch, the slippers are so comfortable would recommend them.

Very rude staff at Putney branch.

Even I gave them an order number to collect the shoes, they refused to give the shoes if we couldn’t give a name of the shoes.

They communicated in an unprofessional way.

Very unpleasant experience.
I never want to go back to Putney branch.

Rohail helped us find shoes in the Putney branch for my four and a half year old. He was so helpful and good humoured she didn’t want to leave the shop! We ended up getting her trainers as well.

Muneeb helped recommend the right size and style of shoes. He was also able to advise whether men’s or children would be better. Great service and good price.

There isn’t enough stars on the planet to give Gina at Clark’s in putney. She helped me (a very very very desperate mum on the first day of school, in a lot of bother).
Gina and the other staff really were my saviours and especially doing it with such kindness it was unforgettable! A+++++
