Ms. Elaine provided exceptional customer service during my recent visit to the store. She was extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting the right pair of shoes. She went above and beyond by bringing out additional options from the sale section and informing me of their availability. As a result of her assistance, I purchased two pairs of shoes. I would like to express my gratitude to her for her outstanding service.
