Really great experience fitting my daughter’s first pair of school shoes. Big shout out and thank you to Jack, my daughter has autism and usually struggles with measuring and choosing shoes. Jack was patient, very knowledgeable about the best fit for her and was so helpful throughout. Will be returning for her winter boots soon!

We were helped by Jack today. He took care to ensure my daughter’s shoes fitted well and also shared the Clark’s promise. He then advised us of the trainer’s promotion, of which we availed. Jack was professional, knowledgeable and best of all - not pushy! An asset to any store!

We were served in the Queensgate store by Sophie, who was training 2 new starters. The experience was great. Most importantly, my daughter, who can be shy at times, had a good time. Sophie knew everything about the shoes and was able to make some great recommendations. The trainees also did a great job of being chatty and their measurements were accurate when checked. Clark’s can sometimes be considered an expensive option for school shoes but we got both shoes and trainers on a deal and it was very reasonable. Especially alongside the extended guarantees. Great experience all round. Thank you.

Took my son in to have his feet measured for new school shoes. Was greeted by Lola who was training (supported by a colleague). She was brilliant! She carefully & correctly measured his feet, helped us find a pair that fitted perfectly with a polite, calm & professional manner. It was the quickest & easiest shoe shopping experience I’ve had in 16 years! Thank you Lola! I highly recommend Clark’s!
