My order is usually for collection. I have shopped in the Newtownabbey store for years, the staff never change. They are so incredibly helpful and polite, it’s a great experience.

Marian in the abbeycentre store was brilliant 👏 so helpful and friendly. She made our visit with our grandson to purchase school shoes a pleasure. Would highly recommend this store.

Gavin at Abbeycentre Clarks assisted me today. He was very patient and helpful, which was much appreciated.

Served by Maria in Abbeycentre store (2/11/24). She was absolutely fantastic with our 14month old daughter. From measuring her feet to checking the fit. Great service and a great team. Everyone working that day was very warm, welcoming and a Credit to the store. think it was Maria , Rachel and Matthew.

We took our little boy to Clarks in Abbeycentre a few days ago. We needed to get him measured and get new shoes. Maria was great, very helpful, friendly and chatty with our little boy. We went home with one happy chappy! Thanks so much Maria! 😀

Maria at the Abbeycentre was so helpful when assisting myself and my auntie today. She was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. She really took the time to consider my auntie's needs, going to great lengths to find the perfect wide fit shoes- never once making us feel rushed or pressured in the process. My auntie ended up leaving with a pair of shoes that she absolutely loves and has struggled to find elsewhere.

Needed new shoes ahead of a work trip abroad, I was cautious of all the standing and walking required so comfort was key while still looking smart! Cara in the Abbeycentre store was friendly and VERY knowledgeable on the range, the styles and after measuring my feet, was able to suggest other shoes which may be a better fit due to my narrow width. I had a great experience today and I’m looking forward to breaking in my new shoes! Thank you very much Cara!!

My daughter and I visited Clarkes Abbeycentre to buy a pair of shoes for her son. He has autism and gets very overwhelmed. Maria served us, measured his feet and tried some shoes on. She was so helpful and understanding of his needs. My daughter and I were so grateful. We would like to thank Maria, she made what can be a very stressful event very manageable. Thank you.

Helped by Samuel in Abbey Centre. Very friendly and patient with my 3 kids aged 6-2. Shop was extremely busy with back to school shoe shoppers but service was prompt and efficient.

We were helped by Brenna at the Abbey Centre store on 27/8/24. Even though it was very busy with everyone getting school shoes, Brenna had all the time in the world for us. She was so warm and kind when she measured my toddlers feet, and bent over backwards to get the shoes we wanted. You're a star Brenna!

So originally my partner had taken my little boy here. He got his feet measured and bought a pair of shoes. He brought them home and I knew immediately they were too tight.

I live in Portstewart which is approximately an hour and 15 minutes drive from the abbeycentre Clark’s store.

So I had to return these. I met a lovely girl Kelsey and she re-measured his feet to find he needed half a size bigger.

So thank you to Kelsey. You were so patient and sweet and gave us lots of options.

Great experience with the help of Rachel at Abbeycentre, Newtownabbey. She helped my son pick his school shoes and advised on what would work best for his school uniform rules and that he plays football at lunch.

Lauren was so helpful during our shopping trip for school shoes. Our youngest child has special needs and has always been reluctant to have his feet measured but she put him at ease and made it fun for him, letting him help her. She engaged really well with all the children and made it a positive experience for all of them.

I visited Abbeycentre Clarkes today with my little boy to exchange school shoes as he has grown so much over the last few weeks. Lily was amazing from the minute we walked into the shop and put my little boy at ease who normally struggled with getting his feet measured. Brilliant experience when buying school shoes for my fussy son. All staff were very friendly, but Olivia went above and beyond to help us pick shoes. She took the time to give us recommendations on popular boys school shoes, and brought out multiple shoes to try on until my son was happy. Very professional and knowledgeable.
