Peter in Eldon Square was excellent. Took the time to find out my Sons name (Ben) and talked him through the whole process. Went above and beyond to get us the type of shoe we needed for a wedding. Great service, very welcoming and great choice. Well done. Please pass on my thanks to Peter.

In last week with my children and can not fault the service from Eldon square Newcastle shop . I have tried other shops but always go back to this shop as they are always friendly , polite and I get what I go in for .

Excellent staff when buying children's shoes.
Took my granddaughter, age 7, to buy new school shoes. My granddaughter dislikes the feeling of new shoes and the process of buying new shoes distressing.. Store assistant Shabnam explained how new shoes, even when fitted correctly, feel restrictive when new but with wearing become flexible. Shabnam suggested trying plain leather shoes as they are softer when new than patent leather. My granddaughter listened and followed this advice. She was so pleased that the shoes she tried on were comfortable and that she had new school shoes. My granddaughter has asked to return to Clarks, Newcastle for all future shoes. Many thanks to Shabnam for her great communication skills, empathy and kindness.
