Lily served us to help us measure first walking shoes for our little boy and she was very patient with him.

Jess from the Lowestoft branch served us today. She was helpful, polite and very professional. Excellent knowledge of shoe fitting and we came away with the perfect pair of schools shoes for my daughter to start high school in. Modern and very comfortable.
Jess even suggested PE shoes for us but didn’t have the colour we wanted in stock

We visited the Lowestoft branch and was served by Trinity. We had excellent service and my two boys were well looked after and we left happy.

I visited the Lowestoft store with my son today to find school shoes. We were assisted by Trinity, who was lovely and calm, she listened to what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. She ensured the shoes fitted correctly and suited my son’s requirements of being able to run fast. Thank you so much for helping us and allowing my son to be himself.

Great Service at the Lowestoft store today. Partner has very wide feet and difficulty with shoes. Jo used her wealth of knowledge to help support with all our questions and we left with the right shoes for our wedding. One less thing to worry about. Very lovely lady and a nice relaxed environment. No hard sell. :)

I was helped by a staff member called Jo at their Lowestoft store who was knowledgeable and found me a pair of very comfortable wider fit shoes, perfect for my job which entails a lot of walking during my 11.5 hour shift. No pushy sales pitch and given time to make sure they were a comfortable fit. Always a good store to visit with a good range of quality shoes albeit relatively expensive but you get what you pay for and foot health is important.

Lily gave me excellent customer service and is an asset to the shop. She was very informative and offered me alternatives to what I looked at which resulted in myself buying a pair of trainers that she’d recommended. She was very cheerful and nothing was too much bother for her.

I recently entered the Lowestoft branch in search of some basic canvas trainers for my little boy to wear to nursery and possibly some summer sandals. We were served by Jo and she was an actual dream. She understood the assignment. I was not looking to spend lots of money, the shoes were intended to be trashed 😂 she managed to find me a hugely reduced pair and really played them up to my boy, knowing that we needed to leave with them and not the more expensive alternatives. She also found the perfect summer sandals for him and really including him in the experience. I was prepared to pay full price for these but they were unexpectedly discounted at till. We had a pretty poor experience at this very same store when trying to buy my son's first pair of shoes. I left annoyed, frustrated and shoeless, but Jo totally rejuvenated my faith in this store which I am so glad about, as it's the only credible shoe shop for little feet within a 30mile radius. The staff this time were better trained, more intuitive and the choice was far far better. I only marked down as there was a few styles I liked which weren't in stock in his size (but I'll probably get them on the website)
