Jess in the Hereford Clarks store was friendly, efficient and very welcoming! After making an item returns process very easy for me, she helped me find the perfect pair of boots I've been searching for for ages, and I even left with a lovely handbag I hadnt anticipated finding! Thank you Jess :)

Lovely experience buying my son's proper first shoes. Tina was lovely and so good and patient with him. Thank you Tina.

Finn was fantastic he helped all four of my children and measured all their feet from ages 2-11 years old, he was very patient kind and helpful and made the experience of shopping with little ones more manageable.

Really helpfull assistant DEE very polite and very good with my daughter. Very little waiting time she gave lots of options very valued opinions

School mums and dads treated as second class... Had to take a ticket and wait our turn, whilst other people coming off the street were helped immediately... Long wait although this was acknowledged by polite staff who have got the two stars once served otherwise this could easily have been one star and the last time anyone in our family used Clarks

Many thanks to Dee who was very helpful today. We didn't have an appointment but she dealt with a large number of customers who came into the store. She was great with my granchild and made her feel relaxed and she loves her new shoes.

Ollie was very helpful and measured my granddaughters feet. It way manic in there as it's last weeks of school holidays.

Our assistant was Holly, very helpful and made the whole experience great for our two:) and for us. Brilliant with how Holly helped without thought. Great customer experience.

Absolutely brilliant service from Dee in Hereford today. She was so kind and helpful with my son and made him feel very relaxed and comfortable. He came away with shoes that he loves and that fit him really well. Very pleased.

Ffion welcomed myself and two children this morning. She was AMAZING! I have a child with SEN and she blew me away with how gentle and understanding she was. Usually my youngest becomes so distressed but she was happy, calm and with the added bonus walked out of Clark’s with her new beautiful shoes on! What an incredible member of staff! Thank you Ffion!

Went for school shoes and trainers. Was helped by Leon R. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different fits of the shoes. He was also very engaged with not just us as parents but with our child also talking to her about what she wants and talking about the different ways the shows feel to best work out how they fitted. One of the best helpers we have had. So helpful, knowledge and very cheerful. Thank you

Lily in your Hereford store was absolutely amazing with my neurodivergent child today! Very calm, very friendly, Spoke to my child softly and reassuringly. Normally we try every shoe in the shop but the first pair of school shoes were a winner! Fantastic experience today! Thank you so much Lily!

I took my tired youngest son to get his 1st pair of "Big School" shoes on a reasonably busy Saturday afternoon. The assistant "Ollie" did a fantastic job in making sure the shoes and experience was the best that could have been had. Furthermore "Olllie" had only recently joined Clarkes, so very well done to him

I have today bought my first pair of shoes after many years, due to foot problems. Previously had to rely on trainers. Dee & Fynn were amazing, great team!!! The young man who measured my grandsons feet was so patient, my grandson is 6 and autistic, he took is time and didn’t try to rush my grandson into deciding which shoes he liked, this was at the Hereford branch and the young man’s name was Oliver.
